Shea butter smells like olives

I have been buying 1kg of shea butter but the latest batch i bought had a very unusual strong smell, it was not unpleasant. I mixed it anyway and that didn't help the essential oil did not disguise the smell, i still used it but could not take the smell anymore and bought another lotion, i did write to Nurifi who told me that some batches stronger than others but this was off putting.

Can’t register? dont expect help

Im with id mobile no problems, my son joined transferred his number over and has no service, i tried the live chat (because ID mobile are too cheap to get phone lines) and no one can help him because he isn’t registered HOW IS HE SUPPOSED TO GET HELP

Update: absolute Collagen, have been wonderful thank you Julia for your help.

I made an order yesterday, it has been delivered today but not to me, i got no updates had to keep checking the shop app. Tried to call 0204 692 0370 does not go through no email to contact absolute collagen, so this is the only way. Help or refund please. thanks

Rubbish

Worst ever customer service, Bought an iron they sent a broken one which was obviously a return, Tried to send it back twice waited in DPD never showed but lied and said they was told the parcel wasn't ready, spoke tp someone on their webchat rubbish who wouldn't help any other way than to book their liar courier company, I will not be waiting in AGAIN, Currys has gone down hill ALOT. stick to Amazon people.

Update:
And yet once again ( 3rd time) the driver never turned up. Stating they was told the parcel was not ready . Not by me.

Got a voucher through a referral

Got a voucher through a referral, voucher not known when i tried to use it, emailed mention me, asked if i could get a physucal card, they asked me if i entered it correctly, told them yes, their reply email the company they can not help me further. Really bad customer service, if any company offers mention me for referral dont even bother.

Awful

Awful, every time i went into iceland i had to tell the cashier its not a gift card they never listened and kept putting to through like a gift card, changed my payments from weekly to monthly, but still they kept taking the money weekly even though i didn't have it in my bank now i have charges on my bank. emailed customer services got a crappy email telling me what i owe and i must get in contact with some other dept to cancel.

Once i paid off fair for you i am getting rid of it, more hassle than its worth.

Upon checking your account, I can see you had requested to change your payments from weekly to monthly on 25th November 2023 to start on the 1st December. Which had meant when you topped up in October the weekly payments would still need to have been paid in November as this change was to take effect on 1st December. In regards to Iceland swiping the prepaid cards as a gift card. We did send out welcome packs to Iceland for this to implemented in their systems. We appreciate your feedback and will send this over to them to remind them on how to swipe the cards correctly to ensure you have the easiest customer journey when visiting their stores.

Scammers

Ordered a washing machine, that i live on the 2nd floor, washing machine was delivered and left on the ground floor, driver got in their van and left, after ringing them they told me they cannot go above 13 steps, (no where on the website does it say this when ordering), called appliance city and they scammed £65 for returning an item that never made it to my home. NEVER AGAIN will i use this scammer company, i’ll stick to Currys and John Lewis. My apologies it was £40 not £65, i have now ordered with Currys with delivery and bringing up the machine 24 steps free of charge.

Your statement is incorrect. On checking out your basket, you are prompted to enter the delivery postcode followed by the chosen delivery day. Ater this you are asked 'Which floor would you like your item(s) delivering to?' There are two options available. 'Ground floor with up to three steps (free) and 'Other floor with up to thirteen steps(+£30). It was perfectly clear at the point of ordering that thirteen steps was the maximum amount yet you expected the driver to deliver the appliance up 24 steps. As the appliance was subsequently rejected, this incurred a failed delivery charge of £40. This charge is not a scam and simply covers the costs that we now incur.
We would respectfully suggest that you check your facts before leaving libelous reviews.

Not the best experience

Not the best experience, someone kept adding money to my sons card so security is not great, No matter how many times I told Go Henry they said they would sort it out but never did, so got rid of it and went to a high street bank

Brixton Store

Brixton Store, not good, customer service really bad. was told to go buy a drive to format my SD card that wasn’t working on my Dash Cam, I think it’s pretty safe to say the SD Card is done with seeing as it’s used for both front and back camera and couldn’t be formatted in the Dash cam. The guy wouldn’t even have a look or even try to help. Never again. Went to the Old Kent Road Store much more professional and helpful.

Avoid avoid avoid, wanted to pay off a big chunk early, had to cancel my agreement told the rest has to be paid within 30 days or it goes to collection agencies. felt I had to pay it off in full or be charged 60p per day for the next 30 days. Just glad it wasn’t a big loan, lending stream is much better.

Easy to use. But rubbish

Easy to use, but buyer did not turn up and according to shpock once you agree a price they are legally bound to purchase thei item. I emailed shpock they emailed the person. have not heard a word from either of them again. In the end I gave my items away on freecycle. I will be deleting my account and NEVER using shpock again. What a load of Tosh.
