Not the best experience, someone kept adding money to my sons card so security is not great, No matter how many times I told Go Henry they said they would sort it out but never did, so got rid of it and went to a high street bank

We take our members' security very seriously and do what we can to safeguard our accounts and our members funds. Our security is in accordance with banking regulations. In order to load funds to the account and transfer these to your child's card, someone would need to be able to log in to the parent account, using your unique username and password.
