Easy And Accurate

The order was easily placed with a rep over the phone. The order was processed quickly and accurately, and shipped quickly. If you don't go for all the add-ons they try to sell you, the checks are reasonably priced as well.

Ordered A Black Edsel Tee From Them

Ordered a black tee from them, featuring a 1958 Edsel. The tee arrived quickly and in perfect shape. The shirt is a quality one, and the representation of the Edsel is awesome. I've been looking for something like this for a long time.

It appears that every serious complaint…

It appears that every serious complaint gets "elevated to the regional manager". Very nice canned response. But it is funny how not a single satisfactory solution by the regional manager is ever reviewed by victims of Mavis.
Having worked in the wholesale tire business in the NYC region, it was common knowledge that Mavis was the LAST place anyone should do business with.

Southwest Airlines = Prickway Express

This moronic firm is run by a pack of douche*ags who could give less than a sweet @#$% about anyone, and I mean ANYONE!
Our return flight from Chicago to Albany was cancelled, just like that, on a day HUNDREDS of flights were cancelled. They offered us NO assistance in locating a hotel room, a cab company, not a meal voucher...not even a fuc*ing bottle of water. One customer service agent (the one out of three without a big mouth) was able to book us onto a flight the next morning, but thanks to the rest of those useless scum*ags we spent the night sleeping in wheelchairs by gate 25. We are both in our late 60's and partially disabled.

HORRIBLE SCUMB*G OUTFIT!

This outfit is part of Expedia, whom inexplicably cancelled our original flight, etc. Ultimately, after an incredible jerk job and zero cooperation, I had to involve my credit card company to recover what they charged us.
I had no idea hotwire is part of Expedia. They conceal that pretty well.
Do, now, I find my flight departure time was pushed back one hour, which means, I will arrive st my destination 1 hour later. The rental car I booked through Hotwire is reserved for a 10:00 a.m. pickup, which I will now be late for. NEITHER NATIONAL NOR HOTWIRE WILL MODIFY THE PICKUP TIME. Like its etched in stone, and there will be no guarantees I will have a car when I arrive. They outright REFUSED to render any assistance whatsoever.
Please, please, PLEASE do not use Hotwire or Expedia for ANYTHING involving anything to do with travel, accommodations, or anything else. You will be sorry if you do.

Walmart? NothingMart!

How the hell does Walmart offer this service when their grocery department is constantly out of so much product??? This includes paper products, pet care products, and health care items as well as consumables??? Its not only an empty slot here and there. It is shelves that are literally empty! Walmart can no longer be counted on to supply my needs in any way, shape or form.
This is in regard to Walmart locations in both Hudson, NY and Catskill, NY

Ridiculously Overpriced!!!

I awarded them 2 stars based solely on the thorough exam (administered at their Albany, N.Y. location) The printed prescription was then taken next door to their eyeglass store. After all of their upsells and add-ons, one pair of eyeglasses ended up costing $485!!! I would suggest getting your exam and prescription here, but taking it elsewhere (except America's Best) for your actual glasses.

BEND OVER...HERE COMES AARP!

This outfit helps screw over those they purport to serve, to benefit their advertisers. They endorse the scum of the earth as long as they keep pouring advertising dollars into their coffers. One of AARP's perennial lap dogs, Consumer Cellular, just screwed us out of 450 dollars, with their deceit and lies. AARP refused to help us out. The medical plan they endorse (United Healthcare) has one of THE LOWEST consumer ratings available. Their auto insurance favorite (Hartford) gave us a ridiculously high quote when we were shopping auto insurance providers. But they still endorse them as if Jesus himself was their CEO.
No doubt they are in bed with J.D. Power, another two-bit fake, phoney fraud of an outfit.
In my opinion, there actually was a time AARP served a noble purpose, until Joanne Jenkins slithered into the drivers seat. Maybe when she retreats back under the wet rock she crawled out from under, AARP will again practice what it preaches.

Chase Bank- An enemy of American law enforcement

My wife's wallet was stolen, along with her cash, I.D., and credit cards. To make a long story short, the investigating police officer needed all of the stolen credit card numbers for his case. Every credit card issuer was only too glad to help EXCEPT CHASE! They outright refused to help. I have since destroyed all of my credit cards issued by Chase. The perp was apprehended and prosecuted, no thanks to those scumb**s at Chase "customer disservice". This dirtbag outfit is an enemy of American law enforcement, and should be shunned by Americans everywhere.

Their Kingston NY Location

This review concerns the Burlington store in Kingston, NY. We walked into this location today looking for a fall jacket for my wife. We walked into a store large enough to house a dozen or so railway cars. The amount of merchandise on display couldn't fill their bathroom. Literally, thousands of square feet of empty racks and bare, unoccupiied floor space. There were no clearance or going out of business signs, but it left me wondering why not...or why they open at all.

The Price Chopper in Chatham

The Price Chopper in Chatham, N.Y. turns out some excellent special order cakes. This last time around, the person in the bakery did not want to take a cake order, 3 days in advance of the pickup date. I got into his nonsense and crying, and he relented. What a guy.... doing his job. When I picked it up, it was barely decorated. Just a border, and a Happy Birthday... No flowers at all. When I complained. I was told the "decorator" was on vacation. Wonder how all the other cakes on display got decorated. Hmmm.... I smell bullish*t. Well, I got ahold of the manager on duty who gave me half off on the cake, but that's not really what I wanted. The cake was delicious, but I was really not happy withe the whole thing.
Price Chopper has the highest prices around, and you can wait forever to check out there. I have never seen more than 3 registers open at any given time, with lines streaming down the aisles. 2 out of 4 self-service or generally closed. Which is why I do next to no shopping there.

The March Of The Consumer Cellular Morons.

This company seems to have a corporate mission of absolute incompetence. I dropped them years ago because their tech support people had the IQ of a turnip. My wife stayed with them because she liked her phone. Well, she decided to order an Apple I-phone which was on sale, and this has become a week long clusterf**k of idiocy. No matter what these morons say, the phone will not work. In addition to which, you are guaranteed a minimum 3 hour wait to talk to one of their brain-damaged imbeciles.
That phone is going back, the service will be cancelled, and we will look for another provider ( which we will research VERY carefully.
It also goes without saying that AARP must get some monster kickbacks for them so highly recommend this dirtbag.outfit.
UPDATE: This scumbag outfit agreed to take back the IPhone and give us a $400 credit, which we could work off in our monthly service charges. They sent us a return authorization label, so we packed up the phone and returned it. 4 weeks later, we get the phone back, the reason being "general denial". I would do without a cell phone rather than give these lying, two-bit frauds a nickel of business.

BeCharming will be my go-to company for these sorts of purchases from now on. They beat every other purveyor of Pandora on every front, and I am glad I found them!

Lowes.com strikes again!

I ordered a particular jigsaw for a friends birthday on 5/17/20. It was to be sent to and picked up at the Lowes in Greenport, N.Y. I checked the status of the order daily, with no change until this morning. A week after I placed the order, they cancelled it. No email, no notification, no nothing. I tried contacting "customer service", but I didn't have "45 minutes or more" to waste sitting on hold. DO NOT USE LOWES.COM !!!!! I ended up at Harbor Freight, and bought a better tool for the same money. If you have an alternative to shop at, avoid Lowes. This is a company that just does NOT value you as a customer.

Just as a footnote, I took a 20 minute ride to a Harbor Freight store following the Lowe's Screwjob. I got a better tool, on sale for less money, no hassles, no bullish*t, and was in and out in under five minutes. Guess who my new tool store is?

10 days after I placed my order, I finally got an email from this garbage outfit that the order has shipped..
Of course, they cancelled off half the order with no explanation. When I originally tried to place my order, they ran out of what I really wanted while I was busy trying to get their open pit cesspool website to function. Pandora? NEVER AGAIN!!!

Pandora Custom. Svce. REALLY Sucks.

No complaints about their products. As a company, they are horrendous. They cannot ship product during peak ordering occasions, such as Mother's Day. Although their website says that orders placed will arrive on time, they won't. You cannot reach customer service or corporate by phone. Any other methods of inquiry are routinely ignored. Pandora sucks on almost every level imaginable. You are much better of getting Pandora through a mass marketing jeweler chain like Jared, Kay's, or Zale's.
