The March Of The Consumer Cellular Morons.

This company seems to have a corporate mission of absolute incompetence. I dropped them years ago because their tech support people had the IQ of a turnip. My wife stayed with them because she liked her phone. Well, she decided to order an Apple I-phone which was on sale, and this has become a week long clusterf**k of idiocy. No matter what these morons say, the phone will not work. In addition to which, you are guaranteed a minimum 3 hour wait to talk to one of their brain-damaged imbeciles.
That phone is going back, the service will be cancelled, and we will look for another provider ( which we will research VERY carefully.
It also goes without saying that AARP must get some monster kickbacks for them so highly recommend this dirtbag.outfit.
UPDATE: This scumbag outfit agreed to take back the IPhone and give us a $400 credit, which we could work off in our monthly service charges. They sent us a return authorization label, so we packed up the phone and returned it. 4 weeks later, we get the phone back, the reason being "general denial". I would do without a cell phone rather than give these lying, two-bit frauds a nickel of business.
