A very useful refresher course…

It was a very useful refresher as someone who has been driving many years and probably had some bad habits. Course was very well presented in a friendly, non accusing way by 2 people who obviously knew their stuff and delivered it in a professional,engaging way. Maybe more of us over 70s would benefit from a refresher like this.

Playa Blanca was fabulous

Playa Blanca was fabulous. Flights and transfers smooth. Unfortunately we picked the wrong hotel for us. Had we been made aware that we would be accomodated in a block for families we would have chosen differently. We are both in our 70s and found ourselves surrounded on all sides by families with babies and toddlers. We've been there and done that and now look for quiet relaxation. Alas it was not to be. A final gripe is I think it is unfair for mini bar prices not to be displayed. We were charged £22 for the smallest choc chip cookies known to man.

Nice to look round without being…

Nice to look round without being hassled. Huge choice. Efficient handover.Friendly staff. Felt a few penny pinching issues though...no mats, only enough petrol for 50 miles. When you are spending thousands, these small items cost little but add a lot to making customer feel valued.

2 hour wait

Waited 2 hours. When someone arrived he had come from only 40 minutes away and had set off as soon as he got the call. He was a breakdown truck driver not AA mechanic and couldnt fix problem.

Extremely poor service

I have been without heating since 2nd March. Had an engineer booked for today. An agent rang me and said you were too busy and reschuled for Friday 11th. No apology. Suggested I buy some electic heaters and told me I had agreed to this level of no service on page 29 of my contract. What is the point of Homecare if I am to be left without heating for 10 days?
