I reserved my car and awaited a phone call from the salesman as the car wasn’t on site having a manufacturer’s repair. Five days later I had the phone call and I emphasised that I wanted to pay and collect my car at my next visit five days later. I asked the salesman to ensure the car was ready for me to drive away (fully charged as I don’t yet have a home charger. I expected all the paperwork to be ready for that purpose.
Two days before I went I noticed the car was no longer reserved on the website. It took the salesman a while to locate the car. A test drive followed and all seemed hassle free. We paid for the car and were asked to wait in the coffee area. We’d be given a number and the sales manager went to process the paperwork. We were expecting handover at 12pm.
Unfortunately that was where our hassle free purchase ended. We waited and waited and eventually I went to ask what was taking so long. It transpired that the car had been sold to another customer who had registered the car in his name. They couldn’t register the car to me. They did not afford us with the courtesy of informing us with the problem. The manager continued to sell other cars and we heard nothing. I then asked to speak to his manager. He was not apologetic and suggested that that we should have our money back and walk away as a solution. Frankly they showed no concern for our situation. They were prepared to let us sit and wait no keeping us informed and at lunchtime did not offer sustenance except their free coffee. Their preference was for us to leave and go back another day.
Eventually we left with the agreement that I would be kept informed in two hours and they would deliver the car to me. He did ring and promised the car would be delivered by 6pm.
The car was advertised as a one owner car. It is now a two previous owner car. They did not acknowledge this until I pointed it out. I believe it reduces the value of the car.
I consider that when a car has been reserved it is incumbent on the sales staff to ensure that all documentation is in order and especially that the V5 is present. I had emphasised I wanted to collect it after paying for it.
Available Car pride themselves as a Hassle free company. Sadly they did not achieve this for us!

The people who dealt with us were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous, we were in no way pressured to buy a car, we did buy one though :-) and the service from both staff and management was excellent. The car is pristine. All round great experience

Finally car my car fixed after 13 months! Not from available car but a decent reputable garage, which I had to pay for. Turns out the issue that caused it was the AC compressor, funny because Avaialble cars had to change, turns out it was a bodge job which cause issues on the wiring loom…… good job available cars!! Avoid them!! We have been to Hilton garage who are much nicer! Sell you a decent car & actually give a dam about you even after you hand over the money!
Avoid Available cars at all costs!! It will be a nightmare in the end

Went for a pre booked appointment to test drive a specific car with a view to buying it. Arrived on time to find the car still on display in the showroom, blocked in with 4 other cars. Staff said it would be 2 minutes and to take a seat with a number. 15 minutes later the car had not even moved. Neither had any of the others. No updates and no reason given. We went to leave, upon which we were told it had been busy so they'd not got round to doing it.
A poor service all round, definitely won't be buying from them if they can't even get a car ready to test drive having been given 2 days notice.

Great range of cars you are never rushed to buy plenty of staff about,you might have to wait while they are doing appointments,but with free coffee and exceptionally clean toilets,no problems,the staff that with us were brilliant, thanks to all.

Purchased a car from available car overall it was a good experiance however there were a couple of issues which were rectified. When we first viewed the car it was not prepped so we could not test drive it when we went to test drive/ pick it up one of the alloys had fresh damage on it so we could not take it this was not there on initial viewing whoever fitted the tyre clearly needs to take more care, when we went to pick it up the spare wheel had just been thrown in the boot and was not fixed down which they rectified there and then

Right from my first phone call, I got down to earth people. From Libby my first contact, to Rebecca my personal sales adviser. Always honest and trustworthy. And the after sales lads who I didn't catch their names. I would definitely recommend this company. Made my 90 mile journey worth my wild.
Friendly and informative staff who listened to our needs and there was no pressure put upon us. Happy with our purchase.

Had a very nice experience. Zoe and Kizzy looked after us very well and even remembered us when we came to pick the car up. Did not feel pressured at any point. Zoe did a really good job at telling us all the features and explaining everything about the car including extra services we could have. She made me feel comfortable and had a good sense of humour too. Kizzy explained all the history of the car and financial stuff really well. She also made sure the car was serviced before picking it up. Very very happy with my new car and would recommend buying from here

LOVE THE CAR! But I found the sales person didn't really offer any selling points on it, so had to do my own homework. Car didn't come with owners manual so I will have to purchase that. I was told the car would be cleaned but on the way back found a spiders Web on the inside drivers window.
