They are just harrassors

They are just harrassors, you upgrade the contract and they send you the parcel for you to install even if they promise to book an engineer they need you to struggle beforehand and then when you complaint they ask you to book engineer, however this not all they use YOdel who is never loyal they do not come until two days after promise, also they sent the parcel without the SIM, when you call them no answer or always they put you onhold with no resolution for the issue, rubbish liars, I recorded the coversations and all of them are completly unprofessional.

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced an issue with your delivery and thank you for your review. If you have stated that you would prefer a manned install then we would expect our teams to arrange this for you. We would still send the equipment out via post but an appointment should be booked for after this. I am so sorry again to hear that this was not the case and we will pass this feedback on.

In regards to the delivery this would be at the hands of the courier Yodel, we are so sorry to hear that this delivery was delayed but we would advise speaking directly with Yodel who should be able to update on the delivery further in the future.
