Gyms are closed due to covid19 so I found my dad's dusty US Jaclean (daiwa) ez bike in the garage to use. However, the AA battery still left corroded the head unit and was no longer operational. You still don't need it but thought I'd give them a call/email to get a replacement. The customer service (Charles Ishida) was very accommodating, communicative and thoughtful. I was able to purchase the head unit at a reasonable rate.

Fortunately, I live near their office so I was able to visit their showroom and test their massage chairs. Overall, the ez bike ain't no Peloton, no bells and whistle but just plain, simple, no frills exercise bike. Thanks Charles @ Daiwa!

Prices are great, shipping is fast if you live in California. I ordered from them all the time and also got my bike there at their Corona store.

My only gripe about my recent order is that they sent me a used/returned item that they described as new. Hate it but didn't want to bother with the return process.

I ordered a trailer hitch for my minivan, item came as described and in a fast manner. The price is cheaper than Amazon and other retailers (with a coupon), I will totally order from them again!
