Great service!
Gyms are closed due to covid19 so I found my dad's dusty US Jaclean (daiwa) ez bike in the garage to use. However, the AA battery still left corroded the head unit and was no longer operational. You still don't need it but thought I'd give them a call/email to get a replacement. The customer service (Charles Ishida) was very accommodating, communicative and thoughtful. I was able to purchase the head unit at a reasonable rate.
Fortunately, I live near their office so I was able to visit their showroom and test their massage chairs. Overall, the ez bike ain't no Peloton, no bells and whistle but just plain, simple, no frills exercise bike. Thanks Charles @ Daiwa!
