Although I have a Business…

Although I have a Business Subscription, and AI Writer 1.0 since 2021, I have never been able to complete an AI Writer 2.0 Article, yet currently without direct or indirect completion of AI Writer 2.0 my current word count is "4622 used / 10000 words" This score count is typical throughout my experience of AI Writer 2.0. My honest opinion is AI Writer 2.0 is definitely NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. All I am receiving from the extremely Poor Customer Service is 'our team is working on the issue'.

I ordered a Samsung DV9BTA020AE/EU 9KG Heat Pump Tumble Dryer from Argos Online a few weeks – this review is based on many previous purchases, and I was amazed at how quickly it arrived. The packaging was secure, ensuring the item was undamaged. The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the product, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. The delivery staff went well beyond their delivery commitment to ensure our satisfaction. Overall, my experience with Argos Online was outstanding, and I can’t wait for my next purchase.

Purchased Lifetime Subscription.

I have a business subscription and I have never been able to use the AI Writer 2.0 article creator. Which means the paid - £99 AI Writer 1.0 Lifetime Subscription, service, or the Business Subscription you provide is both useless to me without access to creating an article.
Please note, although I have been unsuccessful at creating an article on AI Writer 2.0 I have still accumulated - "2685 used / 10000 words" - so the accumulating wordcount of 10,000 again is not fit for purpose as no articles are created. I have experienced technical issues from day one of using AI Writer 2.0 – for many months, and technical issues remain to this day.

Prizes Reduced…

The website is simplistic and easily accessible. The current available options are easily understood and straight forward. Although, the prizes have been reduced and seem to be inferior to previous prizes and not value for money because only two winners now will benefit from two prizes.

Ordered and received a £3,500 hydraulic…

Ordered and received a £3,500 hydraulic Disability bed and mattress as I have lung disease (COPD) - Lung Consultants Advice. When delivered the bed consisted of two-foot hydraulic units, instead of one hydraulic foot and one head unit as ordered. I explained I needed the bed for medical needs as I have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). The delivery driver explained it I would receive a call from Customers Services today and delivered tomorrow. No call and no delivery, so received a Disability bed Not Fit For Purpose and do not address my medical needs. It is disgraceful Dreams a national company devoid of all empathy and show total disregard to a customers medical needs.
Update Summary.
Received a further Dreams appointment in order to resolve the current issue with the hydraulic bed. According to contact from Dreams representative – refer below, the issue will be resolved on Thursday 1st December 2022, when a delivery crew will attend your home with the missing item – being the head hydraulic unit – we received two-foot hydraulic units – instead of one of each unit, which was inoperable – so the hydraulic bed was not fit for purpose.
On arrival Dreams crew again wrongly delivered a headboard and bottom rail, instead of the correct hydraulic unit, which means the hydraulic bed remains not fit for purpose for a £3,500 Dreams hydraulic bed.
Again, another contact from Dreams “Useless” Customer Service stated now the earliest a Dreams crew can deliver the missing head hydraulic unit will be on 4th January 2023 over a months’ time. Remembering I have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) – my wife diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy – heart disease – again bed need to be elevated, and essential I have a bed which need to be raised above flat, Dreams Customer Service was oblivious to our suffering.
The promises from Dreams Customer Service is hollow and useless.

Extremely supportive staff

Extremely supportive staff, with experience and expertise in every aspect of beds for disabled. Staff extremely welcoming from the second walking inside the store front doors. A pleasant experience from the moment entering to leaving Dreams Store. Highly Recommended.

The total number of prizes has been reduced and the quality of prizes is inferior to previous prizes and not value for money. Two prizes are available from what I assume is millions of participants.

I was not pleased with Customer Services, as I was promised to resolve the issue, although in reality the representative in his power to resolve the issue. The issue was resolved by using another Courier. An extremely satisfying conclusion.
