Its a waste of time contacting Ogi Customer Care. Customer Service 'Not Fit For Purpose'. I have contacted Ogi on numerous occasions and not once received a positive response - a response addressing the question or issue.

Updated: I ordered a Fiverr gig on Fiver

I ordered a Fiverr gig on Fiver - Divishha G, to create a Shopify Store. Yet the store continues to be not working as expected, it will not accept orders. I expected this store to function as a store from the store's completion.
Update 01/07/2025, the Shopify Store remains not fit for purpose, although I have contacted Fiverr and the Gig Owner Divishha. I have spent over £500 on this Fiverr Gig, yet it remains "Useless" and "Not Fit For Purpose". There seems no way of complaining to Fiverr concerning this issue. It seems Divishha will take your monies then don't want to review or communicate concerning issues. I have now requested a full refund and will update on the conclusion at a relevant time.

Order No. 204-0006101-4337159

I ordered (Order No. 204-0006101-4337159) and the item was delivered on the 30/07/2025. Unfortunately, as happened on numerous occasions, it was again delivered to the wrong address. The provided photo was not recognised, and still waiting for the Order No. 204-0006101-4337159 to be delivered. This issue has occurred on a regular basis. Amazon must be held accountable and eliminate their delivery mistakes. Customers, when paying for the next-day-delivery, must receive their delivery the next day at Amazon Customers Home. Resolving this issue is not Rocket Science, so Amazon resolve this issue by sacking useless and incompetent delivery drivers.

Ogi representative promised to complete…

Ogi representative promised to complete the installation within ten minutes on 09/07/2025. The installation needed minimum work from a telegraph pole outside our home - i.e. ten minutes' work - according to the representative. Unfortunately, the representative was called away to another location. The representative again called at our home on 11/07/2025 - again called away from our home after a few minutes - extraordinarily little work started but not concluded. Since we have no communication with Ogi, I have decided to issue a warning to other potential customers that Ogi Customer Service and Customer Support is "Not Fit For Purpose". We are both severely disabled and proves Ogi has zero empathy towards their severely disabled customers...

Flour Infestation with Mites.

We received A Tesco Order - ordered 26/01/2025 - received 27/01/2025, Ordered tesco.com order 5570-8450-76. Unfortunately, today we opened the self-raising and plain flour. We noticed an infestation of insects - Mites, all within Tesco Flour packaging. This is not the first occasion this issue has presented itself with Tesco Orders. This is a terrible experience for both of us.

eBay Parcel (s) Delivered Wrong Addresses

On the 13 November, 2023 my parcel eBay Order number:
21-10756-17139, was delivered to another address - not known address. I have another three eBay parcels unaccounted for - all sent within a four-week period. The postman for Lower Sebastopol is not fit for purpose. Royal Mail Customer Service and Customer Support is non-existent.

Poor Royal Mail Services

The Royal Mail services in the Pontypool area these last few months have been atrociously inadequate. I live in Sebastopol, and I am receiving the wrong letters to my home for about six weeks - the letters are named and addressed correctly of my neighbours, yet still delivered to my address. The Postman must be Blind as the neighbour's name and addresses are clearly printed correctly.
