Happy Customer 😀

Thankfully all went well this time shopping at DID Electrical Lucan.
From the initial phone call on Sunday 3rd August 2025 to delivery today Friday 8th August all went to plan.
I first got a text with a 3 hour time slot 8am - 11am.
Then the delivery guy phoned to say he will be with me within 10-15 minutes, happy days 😀
I had my delivery by 8.30am, now that’s what I call service.
Also I can bring back all the packaging to DID, to dispose of which is a bonus.

I had a wonderful experience shopping…

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Shoe Heaven.
From the initial call to finding out about delivery and the kind gentleman suggested that he could hold the shipping for a day that suits me, which I appreciated very much, Thanks again.
I received my order on the next day delivery as promised and I’m over the moon with my purchase. I highly recommend Shoe Heaven to anyone. The customer service is excellent!

Phonewatch

I had Andy, here today Tuesday 7th May 2024. He explained very clearly about the system and what needed to be changed and why.
I have to say he is a credit to Phonewatch.

I must add that the Phonewatch app on the phone is 💩 I had problems with it within the last two weeks and the problem has returned again today 😡 hence the drop in 🌟

Serious Tummy Upsets From 22nd December 2023 To Present

Following my phone call on Sunday 31st December 2023 with Ciara, in Petmania Store, Santry. I was advised to contact the online team on 0567797990.

I spoke with Deirdre, who was given her own experience of using the food on her Father’s dog, which I found unhelpful as it had nothing to do with my experience of it. I also found her ( Deirdre) to over talk me at times ( how unprofessional of her ).

Please read this in its entirety.

My Son purchased a bag of Wellness Core Puppy Large Breed Original Chicken 2.75kg for Ruby, his 10 week old puppy ( receipt enclosed )
A gradual transition was done of old and new food, 25% of new food to 75% of old food.
All I can say is that the new food ran right through her.
A bland diet fixed her over a few days with gradually introducing her old food back.
Now left with a bag of food that’s no good as from my experience I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
No veterinary visits needed with Ruby, Thank God.

Now onto Lily,
My just 10 year old dog.
I ordered a bag of Wellness Core Adult Original Small Breed Turkey And Chicken 5kg online on Tuesday 26th December 2023.
It arrived on Friday 29th December 2023.
A gradual transition was done of old and new food, 25% of new food to 75% of old food.
Lily, started vomiting into the early hours of Saturday morning and continued throughout the day.
Normal poo on Saturday night, retching and then drips of poo.

I had to call the veterinary clinic on Sunday as I knew Lily, needed medical attention as she hadn’t eaten or drank in 24 hours.
All of this happened to Lily because of the change of food, she was ok up until then.
Again left with a bag of food that’s no good as from my experience I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Going forward, due to the way I was spoken to by Deirdre, I will only accept replies by email so that I can have a paper trail of the issue hoping this is resolved asap.

To have two dogs sick within a matter of days due to the Wellness Core Dog Food was a lot to deal with and still dealing with it at the moment as Lily, still isn’t 100%.

If Lily still isn’t 100% when she finishes the medication prescribed, it’s back to the vet again.

I hope whoever reads this has more understanding than what Deirdre had.

Hills Dog Food Mini Z/D ( Kibble )

I placed an order on Tuesday 21st March 2023 for a 6kg bag of Hills Dog Food Mini Z/D ( Kibble )
It arrived yesterday Monday 27th March 2023.
When I opened the box and took the food out I discovered that the bag had holes in it.
Immediately I phoned Zooplus and spoke to Eka, about the issue.
I have requested a full refund and once I receive the refund I am closing my account with Zooplus.
I have to stay, its very bad form to be sending out dog food like that, it should have never happened in the first place.
Your quality control needs to be looked into.
Someone isn't doing their job properly and that's a fact.
God only knows how long the holes were in the bag and what caused them.
My Furbaby Lily, deserves better quality than that.
I will take my custom elsewhere going forward.

Last week I brought back shoes &…

Last week I brought back shoes & slippers that I purchased in store also some online orders.
A staff member was dealing with me at the cash desk, she managed to get one return done before another staff member, who I now know was the assistant manager, came over to her and requested her to do the remaining returns in the back of the shop.
So that was me pushed aside away from the cash desk with my returns.
So not only did that happen but the same assistant manager, then goes into the back of the shop and said to girl that was dealing with me " I know your are doing returns but I need you on the shop floor "
The girl said to me " that she will be back to me as soon as she can "
This should have never happened as the girl was already dealing with me a customer to be taken away to deal with other customers. This is very poor management.
So to the assisant manager of Pavers Blanchardstown, you really need to improve your management skills.

My experience of Pavers online hasn't been good 😡

I have to say, if I happen to get the rest of my order, I will not be ordering from Pavers again.
Once I get sorted I will be closing my account.
Products are available when ordering, then all of a sudden the products are cancelled.
No updates on tracking of deliveries if they are dispatched.
My experience hasn't been a good one.

You can be confused all you want.
You should really be making sure that the website is up to date for when people are ordering.
Products available when ordering, then your told, "oh we might be able to source a pair from one of our stores" it's a long waiting game with Pavers.
Look at my account properly and you will see orders that were refunded and partially refunded.
Also to mention the orders that are stuck in transit and still waiting on delivery.
So these orders have not been fulfilled.
Again I will say, once I receive all that is due to me from Pavers, I will be closing my account.

There was a lot of inconvenience caused…

There was a lot of inconvenience caused to me on my last order. I returned it back to Littlewoods Ireland and requested a refund including the postage of €1.99 to which I am still waiting on......
Once I get my refund, I am considering closing my account.
I would also like to add that I was promised a call back and that never happened either.

25 minutes have passed and still no contact from you?
Is this like the call back I was to get yesterday and still haven't?
At this stage the best thing Littlewoods Ireland can do, is refund my €171.99.
Once I'm refunded, I will be closing my account with Littlewoods Ireland as its too stressful dealing with this company going on my experience with my latest order.

Never Buy From Fairco Windows And Doors, They Do Not Honour The Gaurantee, Because I Have Named And Shamed Them On Facebook And I Refuse To Take It Down, I Have Been Threatened With Court Proceedings, Still Waiting On The Court Papers To Arrive, After Paying This So Called Window And Door Company €14.726 In July 2012 For The Whole House To Be Done, Defects Started To Show Up In April 2016, The Whole House Had To Get A New Replacement In December 2016 Of Frames And Doors Using Existing Glass, It Took Them 8 Months For New Replacement, If The Truth Be Known, The Remedial Work From The New Replacement Wasn't Finished Till 22nd June 2017, Since More Problems Have Occurred Which Fairco Refused To Fix, They Are Accusing Me Of Not Letting Them Gain Access, Which Is All Lies, I Now Know The Owner Is Known For His Lies, He Is Nothing But A Dirty Rotten Liar Of An Individual, Thanks To A Former Staff Member Who Told Me This, I Would Hate To Hear Of Anyone Else Going Through What I Have And Still Am, The Stress And Strain Of Dealing With Fairco Windows And Doors Is Unrepairable, Don't Be Fooled By Their Reviews, Most Of Them Reviews Went Up After I Stood Outside His Premises On The Old Airport Road And Terenure, You Will Notice On Their Facebook Page That Comments Have Been Removed, They Have Me Blocked From Their Facebook Page Since July 2016, Other Window Companies Can't Believe The Treatment I'm Getting From Fairco, Since I Went Public About Fairco, I Now Know I Am Not The Only Person Who They Done Shoddy Work For, They Are A Laughing Stock Of The Window Industry, Avoid Like The Plague, Give Your Custom To A Company Who Values Their Customer.

I placed an order on Sunday 12th…

As promised my first review is deleted, I was refunded €18.31 back into my bank account because an item wasn't available even though it said it was in stock when I was placing my order, I received the other item earlier, would I order from this company again, No I won't, the communication is shocking, its not worth the stress, the one star still remains on the review for lack of communication from this company.

The reason for the one star is because Trustpilot didn't publish my review about Fairco Windows And Doors, I posted a review about this so called window company who I paid €14.726 back in 2012 to get windows and doors done in the whole house, the windows and doors had to be replaced again in the whole house by this so called window company in December 2016 because the first ones were all faulty, even one of the replacement windows are still faulty to this day as for the installation is shocking, Fairco Windows And Doors is a laughing stock to the window industry, I have all the proof that their work is shoddy and they don't honour the guarantee as for the owner he is nothing but a dirty rotten liar of an individual, I posted my review to warn other people about Fairco Windows And Doors before they hand over any hard earned cash to this company, since I put my review on Google about this company he has since got whoever he knows to post good reviews about his company, he even has other people telling lies on his behalf, so Trustpilot how come Google allow my review? I have all the proof of the shoddy work done by this company, no matter when I see or hear of people looking to get new windows and doors I will always warn them to stay away from Fairco Windows And Doors, its all about word of mouth and I have had many people up to my home to see for themselves, as long as I have breath in my body my shocking experience with Fairco Windows And Doors will be let known to the public.
