Great service and helpful staff. I ordered Skechers online for my boys but made a mistake with the size, rang the shop the next day and they changed size for me. The member of staff I spoke to took the time to double check what size they were currently wearing and recommend best size for them.

Couldn’t recommend enough

First of all I was delighted that Shoe Heaven had these Ecco trainers in stock as I couldn't find them in the UK. In the past I've sourced them in the USA but this time it seemed impossible. I really like the trainers because they have an elasticated toggle fastening rather than laces you tie. I was relieved that Shoe Heaven sent the trainers to me, as I was worried that Brexit might mean it was too much trouble. Before sending the trainers Shoe Heaven identified a small flaw on the shoes and deducted some money from the price, which was great.

I received my delivery within 2 days of ordering to a remote village in the west of Ireland...fantastic experience & I had been trying to source those particular shoes for over six months so I am delighted to have them ... thank you!
