An estimated time slot was given for the delivery date, so we didn’t have to stay In all day.

Delivery was made within the time frame & a friendly guy brought the package to our door.

A very frustrating experience for something which should have been simple.

Chris was very polite & friendly, he did a great job fitting my Roman Blinds & they really finish off my kitchen windows.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the blinds were expensive

I ordered an oak telephone tablet but forgot to change by address as we have recently moved home.

I contacted Customer Services & spoke to Tom who was very helpful & polite.

He kindly cancelled my order so I could reorder the item with my new address.

Ideal when you’re not sure when you’re going to be home.

Although the drop off point was not working outside Morrisons when I tried to return an item.

I just tried another location on another day & was able to return my items.

Staff are always friendly & helpful, we always book the extra room seats, unfortunately we are always last to get served & quite often by the time we are reached the choice of food is limited, it would be good to start at the middle of the aircraft for people who have paid extra for seats, therefore giving extra choice

Flight was ok but seats are very tight & uncomfortable, I’m quite small so I don’t know how anyone bigger copes.

Staff are always very helpful & friendly.

We always book extra legroom seats & if we decide we want something to eat, quite often there’s nothing left.

Downloading a photograph onto the birthday card was easy & I was pleased with the result.

The advisor was very helpful, he reassured me my information and details of the problem had been sent to the relevant department
