Sent me non tinted plates at first even though I'd ordered tinted. They took a bit of a long time to respond to me by email but they did apologise and sent me out another set of plates which were perfect. Great product and great prices

Used them for mobile phone cover

Used them for mobile phone cover, changed my phone using o2 switch up but you can't change your phone while on their policy. I've cancelled my direct debit which they are not threatening me with legal action on, even though there's only 2 months left on it. There is no option to change phone online only personal details, if you ring them to make a change you just get the message do it online and now hang up. I went through to claims to at least speak to someone and they said they are a separate company that deal with dynamo claims for them. Ridiculous company avoid like the plague

8th one star review of yodel in a row

8th one star review of yodel in a row. Driver didn't turn up yet again, meaning I had to go to the depot for the 8th time. I asked the guy over the counter why this keeps happening and why other delivery companies never have a problem and he told me its because the drivers at the depot are lazy!!!! Absolute joke of a business. Its got to the point now that when I order something I dread seeing yodel appear as the courier. Awful company, avoid like the plague if you can!

7th no delivery in a row

7th no delivery in a row. It's only been a week since my last one star review of the farce that is yodel, and I unfortunately the latest purchase I made also went through yodel, guess what... Sat in the house again while the website says 'sorry we couldn't find your address'. Same thing every time, funny how DHL, royal mail and others never have a problem. Is it any wonder that a quarter of the reviews your company has on here is one star? A quarter! That's shocking by anyone's standards. I'm still waiting on your customer services to sort out my last non delivery. Total waste of time company

And still it continues..

And still it continues... This must be the sixth 1 star review I've had to leave for this awful 'business'. I think the drivers seem to pic jand choose which jobs they would like to deliver to and the rest can go pick it up from the depot. I am still as of yet to have even one delivery from yodel actually turn up. I'm sure the depot staff know me by name now. How come royal mail, dpd, DHL and all the others seem to be able to deliver? The level of incompetence displayed by yodel is phenomenal. Worst company I've used in 40 years. I'll stand by for your standard 'please contact us so we can discuss this' reply.

Yet again they have failed to deliver

Yet again they have failed to deliver. This is now the third time I have had to come on here and give them one star. First two times I had no card left after waiting in all day for them only to receive a text saying they couldn't deliver it cos I wasn't in, and now this third time my parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday, no contact at all from them, just tried calling them and no option to speak to a human, just the automated service telling me its now out for delivery today. Worst company I've ever dealt with in the 39 years I've been alive

Yet another parcel not delivered

Yet another parcel not delivered. I'm actually in the house now, no door has knocked, no phone has rung and yet I've just had an email and text saying they have tried to deliver my parcel but were unable to. Yeah nice one! How about actually knocking or ringing? Or did you go for the world record of quietest knock? Useless company. Never had one decent dealing with them

Awful

Awful. Picked up things on my mot that my mechanic friend had already checked and said were fine. After they failed my car and asked if I wanted them to carry out the work I obviously refused and took the car to another mot centre who passed the car with only one advisory. Avoid

Took a day off work to wait for my…

Took a day off work to wait for my parcel, nothing delivered, then had a message at about 9pm saying they couldn't find my house. Never had a problem with people finding my house before. And why didn't the driver call me to ask where it is? Tried to go collect the the parcel but all that is available is an automated phone service, it's physically impossible to contact yodel and speak to someone.

Not as bad as people make out

After reading other reviews on here I was sceptical but when my item was apparently delivered to a neighbour (I live in an apartment block) and royal mail left no card saying which neighbour, it meant after knocking all the doors asking about it and no one saying its been delivered to them my parcel was lost, it was worth almost £400, but when I contacted very they credited my account straight away with the money so I could reorder it. A pleasant experience. The only reason I have given them 4 not 5 is because the call centre is in South Africa and I got hung up on the first two times I called. But overall they seem pretty good
