Simply enter your order number and the email address you used for your purchase, or log into your account to see the latest updates), all details can also be verified directly on the official website of the logistics company. Please note that during the initial stages of international transportation—such as while shipments are in transit by sea—updates may occasionally be delayed or lack detailed information. Once your package arrives locally, clears customs, and is handed over to the carrier, you will be able to track it using the logistics company’s official website.

In the rare event that no relevant information is available or incorrect details appear, we kindly ask you to contact us directly for assistance - we're here to support your every step of the way. According to the length of the daly, we'll follow up on your compensation resolutions immediately.
