Didn't bother to ask my availability…

Didn't bother to ask my availability and just tell me 19 hours before so I have no say in when they arrive which happens to be when I'm at work and can't be there.

Worse than 1 star their customer…

Worse than 1 star their customer service has gone to the dogs
I am 15 years a loyal customer but service so bad I have to move on I won't pay to be treated like dirt and lied to. Things go wrong and we all know that but it's how a firm responds when they get it wrong that counts

Do not buy from wayfair please read…

Do not buy from wayfair please read the returns if its a piece of furniture you have to pay up to 50 pounds to return if it isn't right. That's at your own cost.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. Be prepared to be very disappointed with how you are treated by this firm

What should be a simple request to arrange a delivery date on ordering an item proved to be incredibly frustrating time consuming and just unfathomable.

I bought one connock gift set earlier…

I bought one connock gift set earlier in the year ... I was so impressed by the smell and the quality I bought a variety of connock gifts for Xmas pressies. In the end I gave different connock items for 6 friends. Two of them have already told me they have ordered themselves additional items. I love the stuff and makes lovely gifts.

Really poor service they sent a personalised picture card to the wrong person so not only did a family member get a card only to find it wasn't for them my friend didn't get her birthday card. I have complained to touchnote but they asked for screenshot to prove it... which I did heard nothing since
