Didn't bother to ask my availability and just tell me 19 hours before so I have no say in when they arrive which happens to be when I'm at work and can't be there.

Worse than 1 star their customer service has gone to the dogs
I am 15 years a loyal customer but service so bad I have to move on I won't pay to be treated like dirt and lied to. Things go wrong and we all know that but it's how a firm responds when they get it wrong that counts

Looks lovely and feels nice quality. Really happy with my necklace. The silver looks great with the blue.

Love it even more than the photos.
Chain is perfect length and the cobalt blue colour looks great against silver

Do not buy from wayfair please read the returns if its a piece of furniture you have to pay up to 50 pounds to return if it isn't right. That's at your own cost.

So far so good but it's very early days mattress is firm but comfortable just needs a bit of getting used to
would probably prefer to review in 3 or 4 months to see how it feels when I'm used to it

Great fun present feel nice and look good only problem is the high polyester content mean they are not really wearable

Bought a dashcam ... worked for a couple of months then just balck screen...when I asked for replacement or return they refused just offered for me to buy a new one. AS IF!! Dreadful waste of money. Don't use this firm

What should be a simple request to arrange a delivery date on ordering an item proved to be incredibly frustrating time consuming and just unfathomable.

Great product too pricey... should give the option to buy just when needed

I bought one connock gift set earlier in the year ... I was so impressed by the smell and the quality I bought a variety of connock gifts for Xmas pressies. In the end I gave different connock items for 6 friends. Two of them have already told me they have ordered themselves additional items. I love the stuff and makes lovely gifts.

Bought ring and bangle... worn about 7 or 8 times and already discoloured brass colour showing through and a stone has fallen out

Really poor service they sent a personalised picture card to the wrong person so not only did a family member get a card only to find it wasn't for them my friend didn't get her birthday card. I have complained to touchnote but they asked for screenshot to prove it... which I did heard nothing since
