The engineer arrived on time, planned the execution of the installation very carefully before starting work to minimise any unnecessary damage to the walls and property. Explained the installation process. He set up the hub and assisted with connecting the relevant devices. Left the property clean. Excellent service,

Very good customer service. Prompt action, home visit booked. I was kept informed about the engineer's whereabouts. The engineer was very friendly and knowledgeable, kept any disruption to a minimum whilst carrying out the repairs. He was respectful and left the work space as he'd found it. Very happy with the whole experience.

I could have purchased the fridge-freezer cheaper from other retailers had it not been for the RDO Customer Services. They make me feel important, as in 'There is only one boss, the customer!' From pre-sale through to sale and after-sale the service was first-class. Thank you RDO

Thank you so much for your feedback it means a great deal to us, we're very sorry there was a delay to your order from our carrier which can happen on rare occasions. We have raised an escalation with them but please be assured your order was sent on a 24 Hour Next Working Day service and the vast majority of orders are received are such.
The sales team doesn't have the customer at its heart! I contacted Aqualisa by phone to enquire about a spare part and was immediately quoted the most expensive price, delivery charges included. I pointed out that the spare part I was quoted was the wrong colour and price. I also mentioned the free delivery. The sales adviser said, 'No, it's not for this one'. I had the web page open in front of me and could see clearly: 'Free standard delivery on all orders. Guaranteed next day delivery available' (£7:00). He also said that even if I ordered what I wanted online it would not be dispatched as it was no longer manufactured because... 'we don't like it!!!' Sounded like a threat. Why sell it online if it's no longer manufactured? It's beyond me. I decided to ordered the spare part online. Needless to say, it was delivered a couple of days later for free despite his threats. Everything looks in good order, although no instructions included.
