Ordered from an ebay seller.

Delay of package arrival.

I enquired after waitimg two weeks for delivery
I was told the item had been delivered . It hadnt
I asked ebay to resolve the matter
I received an ebay email stating item delivered ..case closed.

I appealed.

Found out today dpd had damaged the parcel content and destroyed the package . Why they stated delivered the lord only knows.

Unnecessary stress.

Dpd insist my parcel was delivered to me on 2 December 2022. It wasnt. They will not answer the phone. The system will not respond to something it has been told has been delivered.
I will make sure I do not purchase from anyone who uses dpd in future. The seller has also washed their hands of the order.

Second order arrived today. Well pleased.

First order was mini meals which my husband ate happily but he couldnt manage pasta which he had a problem with.

I ordered twice for this week a repeat of the mini meals and a last minute order of puree ones. I had my doubts that the presentation of a puree meal would be attractive well cudoes to the chef. It looked and smelled amazing ( lamb potato and carrot with gravy) he is blind so presentation wasnt important to him .

He really enjoyed his dinner tonight and I was less stressed knowing he was very unlikely to choke. Thank you

I bought two of the speaking clocks for my husband . He absolutely loves them. Two? Well he had a habit of dragging the first clock off the table when taking to.bed with him and that would enable the setting button so the clock would go wrong.

I made a tom yum gai soup yesterday. Put in a bit too much coconut milk. Your thai red curry paste with shrimp arrived at tasting moment. Opened the pack and put a spoon of your mix into the soup. The result blew us away not chilli hot but the added flavour was supurb.
