Excellent product. Would have given 5 stars were it not for the over-optimistic delivery deelivery estimate.

I appreciate the parcel arriving but it was left on my doorstep and the courier did not ring the bell. It could have been removed by any passer-by. The parcel was small enogh and soft enough to have been put through my fairly large letterbox.

Easy to use site. Good confirmation from Oak North confirming transaction and competitive rate of interest.

It made me think about about aspects of my life that I had not previously considered.

My experience with Oak North is limited to a cash ISA holding for one year when interest rates were much lower than at present. Oak North were easy to deal with but their interest rates were not competitive when my ISA matured.

The medication in this supplementary delivery arrived, once again, in a thick brown envelope rather than the (re-cyclable) rigid cardboard box used for my regular deliveries. The medication, again, survived but the medication box containing the tablets was crushed. Not up to P2U usual high standards.

Box with tube of ointment was not well enough protected and is of little use. The ointment itself survived.

Although a technically challenged octogenarian, I have used the Vanguard site without difficulty. When I recently had a question to which I could not find the answer, I used the secure messaging service. The response was not only prompt and simple to understand but amazingly friendly and courteous.

There were no subtitles with the DVD purchased. Refund was very quick but I was left paying the cost of return postage.

Had this been my first delivery from P2U it would probably have been my last but I'm hoping that the usual very high all round standards will return.
