Oops!
Very prompt delivery as usual but sent in thick brown envelope which was not up to the journey, The medication container was also in poor shape but the medication itself survived. Had this been my first delivery from P2U it would probably have been my last but I'm hoping that the usual very high all round standards will return.

We are currently reviewing the packaging we do use, ideally this does need to be small enough to facilitate letterbox deliveries wherever possible but also be robust to withstand possible damage while in transit.
