The dartboard and case was delivered as expected in pristine condition. Sadly, I had failed to check the weight before ordering and found that it was going to be too heavy for me to manage. I telephoned Darts Corner for assistance in returning my purchase and they could not have been more help. I would recommend them for their excellent service.

Excellent value, as usual, from Boots but the child-proof container almost defeated this old man. I had to use an adjustable wrench to get sufficient grip on the container lid to open it. No doubt the exercise did me good!

I lost my bank card yesterday. There was no long wait on the 'phone when I called and, as always, the member of staff to whom I spoke made the process as easy as possible.

First Direct is the one thing I can rely on every day and, if I need extra assistance, their staff are the most helpful that anyone could ask for.

Imran from team 5D was very courteous and patient in taking me through the steps to instal my In-house display. Sadly, although I've waited the 24 hours plus for it to show signs of activation there are none and the date on the IHD is still showing 'old' (before cloks went back) time. If it had worked I would have had no hessitation in giving 5 stars.

Paragon spotted a mistake that I had made online and patiently guided me through the whole process of correcting it. Probably the best service that I have ever received from a financial instution of any kind.
