I placed an order and I hadn’t heard anything for a few days but I emailed Craig and he responded within an hour and even though he was swamped with orders he made sure my order was prioritised and I got a dispatch notification within an hour of the email. This is customer service at its finest.

I would give 0 stars if possible, they damage your car and take a month to review all evidence then come back and say they cannot help you even though there is proof of the damage, The lady who answers the phone is so clever she will block your number from being able to call the direct line and when you do call from another phone she says she can only discuss the matter via email. Please keep your car safe in a credible meet and greet as these guys are cowboys!

please please please do not buy from this company, the clothing is terrible quality, i ordered a jacket and it smelt of vinegar, and the buttons fell off.

The customer service is also terrible an they dont email you back, i live in the UK and it took them 5 weeks to deliver the jacket and when i said i want to return it they said you cant even though they were at fault for providing a poor quality item. i would leave 0 stars if possible, they have nice Instagram pictures but they instead of misleading customers they should focus on customer service and quality of the product.
