GPS Parking Gatwick North (Do not use)

Please do yourself a favour and do not use this company.
I was left in the freezing cold waiting an hour for my car to be returned. Rang every 20 mins only to be told its on its way.
When driver turned up no apology, just a rude "I'm only the driver" No help when complained to office later. They have no conception of customer service. #One to give a miss however cheap.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I contacted GPS by email as when driving home from holiday last week we heard a noise that wasn't there driving to the airport. On investigation we found the bumper/spoiler was hanging off and dragging on the ground. When I emailed, a lady called Cristina replied that all of their drivers are fully trained (as what I don't know) and they wouldn't cause any damage and as we had moved the vehicle no claim could be made. I did say that you wouldn't hear the noise without moving the car. When I tried to reply to the email, the message failed as it now appears that my email address had been blocked (sent successfully from my work email though).
I would never recommend this company to anyone wanting to park at Gatwick.

Disgusting

Do not use , my car was severely scratched and I sent photos and signed evedydnce from the driver , worst customer service ever , really rude women trying to say the photos were not took in the terminal , absolute joke of a company

I am now working with trading standards regarding them and preparing to pursue the damages through the courts

Please report to trading standards if you have problems so they can continue building thier case against this awful company

Terrible. Wouldn't ever use again

Terrible. When we dropped off the car noone picked up the phone when we arrived and sounded like the line was dead. Tried for 20 mins! Finally got through. They were really rough rough the car.
Picking up the car sale issue them the lady said she didn't even call the drivers to drop off the car as she was busy. That was after waiting 45 mins. Anyway over an hour later we finally got our car. I wouldn't use again

Dash cam missing from my car, rude response
I had my dash cam and charging cable missing from my car on return from my trip. I wrote an email requested they look into it in a polite and reasonable way. After no response I chased it up but received a very rude response from someone called Cristina who refused to even look into the matter and say it’s not their problem as it’s part of the terms and conditions not to leave any thing in the car and words to the effect that I have no right to accuse their drivers being thieves and would be “taken it further” which I can only take as a threat to me?
I will not be using this company again as they can’t be trusted and refused to look into my complaint. Avoid

DO NOT USE THEM!
We are currently on our way back to South Wales from Gatwick in a rental car after this company damaged our car and rendered it un drivable!
Rang the company after having it delivered back to us with this horrendous noise and did not want to know! Kept saying we had caused the damage! We left it with them a week ago in perfect condition!

I would give 0 stars if possible

I would give 0 stars if possible, they damage your car and take a month to review all evidence then come back and say they cannot help you even though there is proof of the damage, The lady who answers the phone is so clever she will block your number from being able to call the direct line and when you do call from another phone she says she can only discuss the matter via email. Please keep your car safe in a credible meet and greet as these guys are cowboys!

Never use avoid at all cost

I arrived from honeymoon to find my car has been damaged. I followed the process to receive so awful customer service. Rude and very unpleasant.

They refuse to pay out to fix the damage to my car.

DRIVER FELL ASLEEP THE WHEEL

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our car was written off by their driver falling asleep at the wheel (they confirmed this via email). Took 3 months and a lot of chasing to resolve. They did not want to deal with this matter. Unprofessional unreliable and untrustworthy. STAY CLEAR

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Returned to find my car damaged with scratches in 2 places on the bumper and FOOTPRINTS ON MY BONNET with chipped paint around the footprints from where someone has obviously stood on the bonnet of my car. Will not accept liability despite pictures and will not share the pictures i saw the driver take with my own eyes. Now seeking legal advice and going to trading standards - please do not use this company, they're complete cowboys!!!!!

Fantastic service when things go wrong

Fantastic service when things go wrong.

Car collected efficiently by a young man. Came back to find I had put the wrong time on the website. 12.45 instead of 00.45 my fault and our car was locked in the compound for the night. Which is a plus, because at least you know your car is kept safe while with this company.

But not a problem for Christina, she organised a taxi to take us home and delivered our car back to us personally. A true star.

Excellent!!

I have used many of these meet and greet companies and I found GPS to be the most courteous and efficient I have used. They were waiting for us when we arrived for departure and arrived within a minute on arrival despite our flight being delayed and landing at 2 am. I will definitely use them next time.

Theft !!!!

Do not use this company, one of their staff stole designer sunglasses from my vehicle whilst in their care and they have refused to take any responsibility for the theft.

GPS gatwick parking was a terrible…

GPS gatwick parking was a terrible service, we arrived at Gatwick at 3am in the morning, the driver brought our car back with a flat tyre as he had driven over a nail. The driver and the office were completely unhelpful. It was left up to me to try and find a garage to inflate the tyre in the early hours so that I could get home. When I called the office the next day they did not care at all. I would not use this service again or recommend them to anyone else.

Our car was returned to us at Gatwick with a flat tyre after the driver had gone over a nail. Company and driver were completely unhelpful. Would not ever use this company again or recommend them! Awful service.

Vehicle damaged upon return

Vehicle damaged upon return. Company not accepting liability for damage even with pictures. Do not use this company. Customer services manager ‘Christina’ is extremely rude and has to date not resolved our issue. Aside from the damage, the in-car camera had been disconnected, so I could not see how the car had been driven or treated whilst in their care.

GPS also trade under Maple Parking. It’s the same people, just a different name. Ultimately you get the same service with both companies.
We’ve received other customer emails from Christina providing personal information, contact details and vehicle details. We’ve notified our solicitor to pursue as well as informing trading standards and ICO for breach of Data Protection.

***Do not use this company***

Update: After 5 months of chasing, they accepted liability and have paid for damages in full. Did not make it easy and wanted quotes for damages in writing. If damage is found pursue relentlessly.

Bad experience

The staff are very friendly and patient. At the day of arriving, they brought my car very dirty outside and insides. On the steering wheels was dirty with coffee and in the left side of the car are two superficial scratch, which I have not seen when I received the care due to was to dirty.
When I asked the man who brought the car, why the care is it in this condition, the man replied me back saying that, "the care was parked outside for two weeks, what do you want?"
I am really disappointed!

Nothing but good experiences with GatwickParkingServices

I have just used this company for the 2nd year running and in my experience the service has been first class from drop off where the staff member was waiting and collection of car within 15 mins of leaving customs very polite and helpful especially as on my first use i had left my phone in the car when they collected it and only realised 15 mins after he had gone after panic and calling them they brought car back to airport rather than just the phone i felt that they went above and beyond expectations and this time round the car was with me within 15 mins of leaving customs i will be using them as much as i can as the service is good and price is competitive i recommend them.
