Fantastic products and service all round.
Nice range of styles which have complemented our home decor.
Site was easy to use and the delivery was prompt.
Have used several times and will continue to do so.
They're also really helpful over the phone and are happy to advise if needed.

4 stars for Item which had a defect through no fault of More4Doors.

5 stars for customer service Vicky was extremely helpful kept me updated on return procedure even kept me up to date with each step of the process without me chasing it up. In the end I could not wait any further through personal circumstances so I jad cancel the process and was happy to live with it.

Vicky was respectful explained everything from the get go, without being vague or any attempts of clouding my situation and showed me the importance I deserved as a customer.

For future reference if you do want to purchase from these guys I would enquire about stock before you put an order through so you are aware of the timescale for the items to arrive to you and I am confident the staff will help you with the honesty. Please do not get put off by the negative comments, I have experience none of what has been said

PLEASEPLEASE keep away as far as possible, please remember this company doesn't have stock, you will wait months for complete order, reply time is usually 7 day, you try call landline nobody will pick up. And the funniest thing is when you order usually is automatic responder message that we moving warehouses, (yes every time) that company buying time to get your order, send to supplier and ship to you.

Sent only bits of my order but stil charged ful postage fee with no communication prior to dispatching.

I would have bought from another retailer if i could not get all materials from one outlet. Will never use again - terrible communications and terrible customer support.

Craig has been most helpful with sorting out a couple of changes with the 2 orders I have placed. Very friendly service and quick replies to queries.
I am very pleased with the quality of the Beehive door knobs and hinges I have bought.

Craig was so helpful - he spotted an error in my order and got it sorted for me. Really pleased with the handles and the customer service.

Made an order of ironmongery for a door, didn't even realise that I made a mistake, but Craig was amazing and send me an email to ask about it before processing the order. He definitely went above and beyond and save us time and money as it would have been an unfortunate mistake otherwise.

We bought a new door handle for our bathroom a while a go and loved it, so we decided to buy more door handles from More 4 Doors. It was a pleasure to deal with the company and especially Craig. He managed to resolve an issue with our delivery quickly and efficiently. Looking forward to fitting all the new ones soon.

Great experience dealing with More4Doors on my recent first order with the company.

I had ordered the "Connaught" Matt Black door handle. There was a small delay due to a new batch being fabricated (the product is finished by hand). The company very swiftly responded to my query about timing and were extremely polite and professional in response. They were very efficient replying via email and I didn't feel the need to call anybody so can't speak for telephone related customer care. Upon delivery and inspection there was a small imperfection that I was not happy with however this was very quickly rectified and a replacement provided.

The final product is of a high standard and we are very pleased with the quality and feel of it. Initially I will say I was slightly nervous ordering on line given we could not see and feel the physical product however I would have no issues recomending More4Doors to others and we will be back at some point when we require additional items for the house.

Really happy with my order. Super fast delivery and great quality. One item was faulty although no fault of More4Doors but a replacement was issued promptly with no quibble or cost to myself. I will definately use again.

The service I received from more 4 doors was excellent. My order arrived on time and inside was a note from Craig saying that I had ordered the wrong key hole to go with the handles I had purchased . He enclosed the correct key hole which looks much better than the one I had chosen. This was a very nice gesture. I will definitely be using more 4 doors again

First class customer service, due to a product issue outside of their control the matter was communicated immediately, alternative options presented and all concluded in a very efficient manor.
I will be shopping with More4Doors again and will be recommending them to others.

We have placed 2 orders with More 4 Doors now. The item we ordered wasn't in stock and we got a very quick response to confirm this from Craig. We were given the option to upgrade and the handles are amazing quality. I would definitely order from here again if needed. And the delivery was earlier than expected too.

Ordered door handles through More4Doors, the product arrived very promptly. 2 of the 12 of the left facing handles had scratches to the paint work, when i communicated the issue to More4Doors, Julie responded straight away and had additional door handles shipped. I think i waitied maybe 24-36hours max for the additional handles to arrive and both in perfect condition.

The product its self is clearly high quality with a lovely weight behind them. The customer service was second to none and really couldn't fault any part of the process. Delivery was quicker than i expected and the replacement item process was a breeze.

Will certainly be ordering anything else through this small family run company.

Excellent Customer Service! Thanks especially to Craig who quickly notified us that the 9 sets of handles we ordered online were unfortunately discontinued & offered us a choice of an upgrade at no extra cost to us! We chose from the options available & they were shipped straight out!
They arrived the next day & we are over the moon with the quality & look of them!

I ordered some internal door handles, hinges and latches. I was very happy with the products - they are of a good quality and much better value than what other companies are selling.

As some other reviewers have mentioned, there are some issues with delivery and the telephone number, which does not get answered, and I too had a delayed delivery and one of the latches had a minor fault.

Having said that, when I emailed the company the response from Craig was extremely quick. He followed up on the delayed delivery and it was sorted smoothly. He also sent out a replacement latch.

I would recommend this company to others and would definitely buy from them again.
