We had an upgrade to our system today carried out by Faisal.
Faisal did a great job in upgrading our system to Com 3+1. So now we still have a monitoring system but without having to use the landline. Faisal also replaced the battery in the control panel. Faisal is an efficient engineer who is courteous at all times.
We would highly recommend him

Luggage was damaged on 30/11/23
It’s now 23/1/24. Communication is terrible. I did get a response after my previous negative review on here-seems to be the only way to get any type of response. Apparently my luggage is repairable, it was collected over a month ago but no sign of it. Constantly having to chase for updates via the chat system which is the only way to contact damagedluggage.com. They say someone will contact within 48 hours but they don’t! Awful service. Deserves 0 star

Poor service
Claim started on 1/12/23 on TUI ship. Since then constantly chasing. Have submitted everything requested. Apparently initial photos sent didn’t show damage clearly but no one bothered to let me know. All resent. They now have my case as they say it’s repairable but still no update. Communication is really poor. Why do TUI use such a poor company?!
A response on here led to an email the next day 11/1/24 saying they are waiting for the parts to repair the case! Another week on and still not resolved!49 days since claim put in-poor service

We had to have an engineer visit due to recent switch over of phone line to digital voice. Faisal attended our property and assessed what was required. He was knowledgeable and communicated effectively what was needed. He completed the digital wiring work followed by a full test of the system. He identified the battery was in need of replacement and also attended to the front door contact which was not working since a recent door replacement.
We are very impressed with Faisal’s attention to detail and professional workmanship. Highly recommended.

Easy to order and prompt delivery with good communication

An enjoyable 5 nights in Bahrain.
Great to have 3 day entry to BIC main grandstand and transfer to and from each day with an excellent guide.
Flights with Etihad were good apart from on return the seating arrangements were not good.Many people split up which didn’t seem to make any sense. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean.Breakfast was chaotic, not enough seats, one kettle to boil water for hot drinks for 40+ people! Management didn’t seem to grasp the need to change this.
Nightclub on 15th floor could be heard on floor 9 until early hours.
Transfers to and from airport were good.
Overall a good trip to Bahrain F1.

Well laid out store and very helpful staff

We recently attended a class with family members in Leeds. We came away feeling more informed about the issues that might arise and how to deal with them. Michele was very knowledgeable, covered a lot in the session and made sure everyone was involved. Highly recommend Michele and mini first aid for anyone who is going to be involved in caring for babies/children
