Luggage was damaged on 30/11/23
It’s now 23/1/24. Communication is terrible. I did get a response after my previous negative review on here-seems to be the only way to get any type of response. Apparently my luggage is repairable, it was collected over a month ago but no sign of it. Constantly having to chase for updates via the chat system which is the only way to contact damagedluggage.com. They say someone will contact within 48 hours but they don’t! Awful service. Deserves 0 star
