A week on and no assessor appointed
signed up for a service Friday 18th says on website contact the next working day. No contact by end of Tuesday ( waited until then to give benefit of the doubt as it was near close of business on Friday when I signed up)
I have called them 3 times and each time promised a call from the appointed assessor but nothing. Poor
Contact from customer services, great I thought- reassigned job to another surveyor. Surveyor doesn’t cover my area! Reassigned again and then cancelled and refunded. Total waste of time.
