After 7 years of faultless use, our system developed a small leak.
The help desk were brilliant, made sure everything was safe and arranged an engineer appointment within 48 hours. They also suggested a full service might be beneficial bearing in mind the system hadn’t been serviced since installation.
Danny called today and completed the repair and service - no mess or inconvenience.

The meal selection was purchased for our anniversary by our daughter. It was not a selection we would have chosen if we went to a restaurant, though we were very pleasantly impressed. The quality was good, as were the portion sizes and instructions and it was an enjoyable process putting a meal of this standard together without the significant preparation time normally required. As to cost, definitely less than for the same quality meal at a restaurant. Altogether a good experience and one we will repeat.
