Can't recommend enough!

After already receiving a few quotes from other company's a family member advised me to have a look at Floorstore, I had a look on the website and requested a quote which I received via email quite quickly. I then received a call from Scott at the Wakefield store asking me a few more questions to make sure the quote was correct, I called Scott a couple of times over the next few days to ask questions etc and he was so helpful. We called into store to finalise everything and book the installation of the flooring and was surprised to find out we could have it done the following week. Everything was so easy to arrange and the floor fitter has done a fantastic job! He really took his time and you could tell he cared about making sure it was perfect. Will definitely be using Floorstore in the future.

would never use this company ever again!!

Wow this company gets better and better, the reply alone to review is laughable and not professional in the slightest and to top it off after threatening to go to the ombudsman I then received an email back from the famous ‘jack’ as mentioned in another poor review and it states “ Hi rachel,

Our terms are specified on our website and you will not be getting any more money from us or ever be able to purchase from us goodbye.

You also state that the ‘box’ was damaged upon return when it was never in a box in the first place! The wallpaper came wrapped in layers of bubble the same bubble I used to send it back with everything attached as should be, I will own up to the fact I opened a roll of course I did otherwise how would I know it was not as described on the website, I really hope that reply to my review and emails are enough to put any potential customers off buying from you!

Just add I then went on to purchase different wallpaper from I Love Wallpaper and it was amazing! Cant complain one bit...

What an absolute rip off of a company this is! I ordered 2 rolls of wallpaper and when it arrived looked nothing like it did on the picture, obviously I had un done some of the wrapping to see how it looked first but it was all put back in the original packaging and I went to return it, not only was returning it a pain to do but I also paid another £5 for the privilege as well as paying £6 for it delivering! After waiting nearly a week to hear from them about my return I have now been refund a whopping £11!!! There reason for this is apparently the wrapping had been opened on the roll! Even though there was nothing wrong with the roll itself and they charge a 20% charge for returning it! So now I have paid for wallpaper that I don’t have and haven’t received a penny of the money back...Absolutely disgusted with this company especially at a time like this when every penny counts right now

Thank you for your review,

I have checked into this and can see that your return was in fact a special order, in our returns policy this is clearly stated that they are non-returnable however we allowed this with the 20% return charge.

The policy also states that all rolls need to be returned in original packaging and one of them was opened with no wrapper on and no label in fact it was damaged in the box.

When your order you agreed to our terms and conditions.

We like these reviews from customers who do not read and then blame someone else for their mistakes.

Damaged and useless!

I would just like to update my review to say that I love wallpaper has now been in touch and have said they will send someone out to collect the damaged paper and send me a new order out, as much as I was disappointed with how it came and how long it took to actually get in touch with someone I am happy now knowing they are sorting it out for me and have apologised!

So I originally ordered wallpaper from Gowallpaper but when it arrived it was nothing like the picture so I decided to go with the original wallpaper I had seen on this site, I ordered 3 rolls as it was for a feature wall in my bedroom, it was due to arrive on Friday and I was delighted when it turned up Thursday afternoon, what I wasn’t delighted about was the fact one side of the box had been completely ripped open tearing most of the wallpaper with it! No wonder the woman who delivered it drove off the second I opened the door! Since then I have tried to contact them through Facebook as I couldn’t find a contact us bit on their website, after 2 messages on Facebook I finally received a reply that then asked me to email or call them! I have since sent an email with pictures attached and you guessed it still no reply!! Me and my partner were suppose to be wallpapering this weekend as it’s the only time off we have at the minute to do it and now I have no idea if they are even going to sort it let alone be able to finally decorate my bedroom, very disappointed so far!

do not use this company

my partner bought me a pair of cavela shoes for Christmas off this site and when they arrived they were too big so i sent them back with the original courier (hermes, they have assured me the shoes have been sent back successfully but since then i have heard nothing from shoeaholics! no email to say they had received them or to say when my replacement shoes would be sent out, i have now emailed 5 times with only one reply asking for my order number, after sending the order number and another 3 emails i have still not heard anything back! i have asked them for a refund so i can buy the shoes from a different site but again have been completely ignored!! i have never used a company with such bad communication before and definitely will not be using them again!
