do not use this company

my partner bought me a pair of cavela shoes for Christmas off this site and when they arrived they were too big so i sent them back with the original courier (hermes, they have assured me the shoes have been sent back successfully but since then i have heard nothing from shoeaholics! no email to say they had received them or to say when my replacement shoes would be sent out, i have now emailed 5 times with only one reply asking for my order number, after sending the order number and another 3 emails i have still not heard anything back! i have asked them for a refund so i can buy the shoes from a different site but again have been completely ignored!! i have never used a company with such bad communication before and definitely will not be using them again!
