One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had! I ordered some items for my husband’s birthday but with the postal strikes occurring and a big birthday looming, I contacted them for some clarity on delivery times and was delighted to have a personalised conversation with Jodie who suggested a solution.
When the products arrived they were fabulous - innovative designs, such good quality, well made and so soft! My husband loves his T-Shirt and hoodie and I love supporting small businesses so it’s a win-win all round!

Although the Live Chat queue was very long, it moved quite quickly in the app, and I was connected to Melisa T. Once I had confirmed my details for security, she was very helpful - asking the right questions and providing the solution needed, which is an engineer appointment. Here’s hoping that resolves my problem which is a gas meter that’s not working!

However, the whole process is seamless from ordering & selecting on the app or website to checkout and most of all delivery in under 24 hours - perfect if you’re a last-minute-merchant like me!! The Apartment pants are without a doubt the most comfortable trousers I’ve ever worn but are perfectly presentable to venture out of the house in - definitely not just for lounging around in and my Austen v-neck tee is beautifully soft and silky plus I adore their sustainable credentials - I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I love the Gumbies brand!! Ever since my sister introduced me to them in the middle of a strawberry patch when my own flip flops broke, I’ve been a fan and ambassador! They are sooo comfortable, and the fact that they’re sustainable is a big plus for me. With new colourful designs appearing all the time, plus different styles, excellent customer service and free no-quibble returns, if you don’t have a pair already, then why not?!

This was my first experience of anything virtual for fun, but it was definitely the right choice! The combination of some great business contacts from networking and an extremely patient mixologist in Harry made for a very entertaining evening. I particularly liked the fact that Harry gave us a small history about each cocktail we made - so often we've heard of the drinks but have no idea of their origin! I also discovered that I can make a passable mojito and that whisky mixed with lemon juice and sugar syrup (aka a whisky sour) is actually quite tasty. When the Cocktail Connoisseurs expand their range (Cosmopolitan maybe? Bellini?) I will definitely be back but would totally recommend giving this a try....

I found this company via a comparison site and they offered a decent valuation for the iPhone 8 I had to recycle, so I went ahead.

I might just have been unlucky or perhaps their email marketing system was playing up, but having completed the transaction late on a Friday night - I was then bombarded with emails throughout the weekend that weren’t properly personalised reminding me that they hadn’t received my item yet (well, the Post Office isn’t open!) You get a free delivery label but no packaging.

Once the phone was sent, I got a subsequent email acknowledging my receipt and saying payment would be made as soon as they had inspected it and then...nothing...

I waited a week and a half and kept checking my bank account but payment hasn’t been made. I started to wonder if it was a scam, as there was no contact number, just a postal address on all their communication but I eventually found a number and called them. To be fair to them, once I spoke to them payment was received within 2 hours, so it looks like this was just an oversight but maybe they need to check their systems?

Overall, I would be prepared to give them a second chance which is why I’ve given a 3-star rating.

Now Echo have got their predictions for when I run out aligned with when my tablets are running out, the service is seamless; and so much easier than faffing around with the surgery - especially while we’re still dealing with Covid...

Their communication is great and I can see my pension balance at a glance either online or in the app so I can literally manage my pensions on the go if I want to. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a 21st century solution to retirement planning...

We have switched to British Gas via MSE’s Cheap Energy Club. All the communication has been automated and on time - very straaightforward. Would like to hear about smart meters though...

I knew Music Magpie would give you money for your dodgy CD collection(!) but if I hadn’t been browsing their website I wouldn’t have known they bought used tech as well, which was convenient to discover as I wanted to sell my Macbook and get a good deal without the hassle of haggling and negotiating as per some well-known auction and selling sites.

I put the serial number into the website and boom! got a very reasonable offer with no further requests other than to package it up and send it securely (postage paid) to them. The money was in my account in less than a week and I was kept informed by email every step of the way.....will definitely recommend to everyone I meet!

Having dismissed Moo and ordered business cards from another supplier in the past, I decided to give them a go this time, especially after seeing a Moo business card that my sister had given me.

Wow, wow, wow! These are so much nicer than other run-of-the-mill cards! The quality of their standard card is definitely superior (and worth the slight increase in price, although still affordable) and the best thing is you're not inundated with a ridiculous number of cards that you'll probably never use before your job or title changes!

Templates on the website make designing your card easy and straightforward as you need - preventing you from messing up with blurry/wrongly sized images but letting you personalise your product as much or as little as you want. What's not to like?

I already have a pair of Gumbies but love them so much I just had to order another colour! Perfect for kicking back and relaxing in the hot weather, and sooooo comfortable - they only get better with age and become like old friends!

Fabulous product - soooo comfortable although bit disappointed that my preferred design was out of stock in my size, but I guess it’s a measure of their popularity.

Great customer service too - responded to my message quickly and so real human beings with common sense managed to pack and dispatch my two separate orders in one parcel. Definitely recommend!!
