Bought some boxers for my husband's birthday - two Mr Men pairs and a plain navy one for the rare occasions he might need to feel 'sensible'.
He was familiar with Oddballs already so was delighted to receive them - they're a great fit, comfortable (so I'm told), wash and wear well.
Delivery was speedy and communication was great. All this from a brand that doesn't take itself too seriously but understands great customer service!

I’ve been aware of Spiffy since they had their shop in Camarthen and have ordered from them before, so sensing my daughter is a little bit anxious about her imminent start at uni, I thought it would be a good place to look for a few cheerful creature comforts for her uni bedroom.

I wasn’t disappointed - a few humorous coasters, postcards and notebook later and job done - all dispatched really quickly and wrapped beautifully - and it brought an instant smile to her face when she received it.

I needed some new glasses for ‘by the bed’ reading, looking at my phone etc - I tend to have different pairs of glasses strategically placed around the house so I don’t lose them.
As I had an up to date prescription ordering on the website was straightforward and easy. I simply selected the frames I wanted, entered my prescription and checked out. The site walked you through the process step-by-step. Delivery was fast and tracked - definitely recommend!

Just switched to a fixed tariff on the Octopus app. The process was quick, painless and easy and it was clearly explained what was changing and how with.

The app is really clear to use and communication generally from Octopus is fantastic!

Whilst they’re not yet the top player in sustainable energy, they are trying very hard and that’s important to me so I’m happy to stick with them for now! 🐙

I’ve bought several items for my husband from Spoke and Solace now, and as he seems to wear them on rotation, I can only assume that he likes them - I certainly do!

Great quality clothing with great (and humorous) designs, plus impeccable customer service makes this one of the best small brands around, whether you’re a cycling enthusiast or not!

I went into my local store to exchange some wool but whilst in there I couldn’t help noticing some gold glittery wool, and a different sized pair of knitting needles, circular needles and some beautiful ribbon at £1 a roll that would look just perfect on my Christmas presents!

Even if you don’t mean to buy a lot, the plethora of lovely things that are displayed beautifully and craftily (see what I did there?) according to interest means it’s very difficult to pop in and pop out of a Hobbycraft store. This is topped off by warm and friendly customer service (the associate at the till was happy to try the plethora of different names, email and home addresses I’d had since registering my loyalty card) which means you always leave the store with a spring in your step, a smile on your face and a bag of delightful goodies! You have been warned…😄

Fortunately we had no need to use our travel insurance but the online process was easy to complete and offered a good range of cover for a 1-week holiday in the Canary Islands.

A great small business with gorgeous products that are innovative and stylish and most importantly, environmentally friendly. Ordered some shortie pyjamas for my daughter’s birthday present - the initial price seemed high but in receiving them they are beautifully soft and silky feeling and she loves them!! Well worth every penny!

Ordered a neon running t-shirt for my husband’s birthday - True Sapiens caught my eye for its blend of quality at the right price. Unfortunately delivery was delayed due to the postal strikes, but on contacting them, I got a personal reply from Stephen who stayed in touch until he’d tracked the parcel and offered me a discount on my next purchase due to the hassle caused!
The top has arrived and my husband loves it! It’s great for running as the evenings get darker, a good fit and washes and wears well. Highly recommend - this won’t be our last order!
