Successful problem solving via Live Chat

Although the Live Chat queue was very long, it moved quite quickly in the app, and I was connected to Melisa T. Once I had confirmed my details for security, she was very helpful - asking the right questions and providing the solution needed, which is an engineer appointment. Here’s hoping that resolves my problem which is a gas meter that’s not working!
