I had a very disappointing experience when purchasing the 1More Sonoflow Pro. I placed my order, expecting it to be shipped within 1-2 days, but I never received any updates or explanations regarding the delivery. The sales support was unresponsive to my emails, and in the end, they canceled my order without offering any apologies. I am still waiting for my refund, and I've lost two weeks in the process. I cannot recommend this company.

Terrible experience with purchasing 1more sonoflow pro. I placed an order which supposed to be shipped within 1-2 days. Never received delivery updates. No explanation. Sales support was very slow to replay to my emails and eventually cancelled my order with no apologies whatsoever. I still wait for my money back, waisted 2 weeks. Can't recommend the company

Worst experience of all the mobile providers. I have bought a monthly auto-renewal plan via uswitch.com. After the first month I've got a message that my plan has failed to renew due to payment error. I have contacted customer service numerous times via phone, email and chat. The answer was always the same: we are not able to bring back your previous deal or offer a similar one, you have to purchase one of our standard plans from the offer for existing customers (which is much worse than the one I have signed up for and switched from previous provider). Very dissapointed.

There seems to be no support for services like microchip transfer. I applied to change the data in their database, but that was not processed. It is still pending two months after the due date. I tried to contact the company a couple of times and there was no response. Moreover, on the website there is a free plan to choose from, but I was forced to pay a fee. Here is a quote from the website: "Each microchip comes with FREE registration and 2 FREE new owner transfers."

Was expecting a heavy delivery to a building site scheduled for the specific day. To make sure that my builders will not waste the day I've contacted the chat support around the mid day to double check if the delivery will take place as the tracking system was indicating it is not yet collected from the local depot. Agent has confirmed it will be delivered . Half of an hour before the end time for the deliver when asked different agent on the chat was told that it won't be delivered today as there was delay in the transit and it will not be delivered today. Delays happen and that is to be expected but the miscommunication and misinformation from the same department is very poor experience. Whatever the cause was it was at my expense of £150. Easily avoidable and disappointing.

As a long-time customer, I can only say bad things about LLoyds Bank. The offer, service level, infrastructure and procedures are lowest level in the industry from my experience. Take one of their Coventry branch for example - the place is dirty, obscure and has a look from 80', and the aesthetics of some of the branches is their least problem of this bank. As a customer to spend less money on advertising to attract new customers and more on serving the existing ones.

I'm saying this not only as a customer but as an inverstor: This company's approach is a joke in terms of marketing/customer relationship. They advertised themselves as a cheapest energy provider (even the name suggest that) and signed up a bunch of people befor the heating season and then increased their prices by 42% (with my estimated usage). YES that's not a mistake it's 42% OF A PRICE JUMP IN ONE GO! And there is no guarantee that they will not increase it any further as this is variable tariff. I've just switched back to some trustworthy supplier.

Poor approach to a refund request. I've been a paid customer for a long time but decided that for the last 1.5 year has not been using the software any more. I've asked for a refund of a yearly subscription fee but the company has refused to issue a refund as I didn't ask for it in the required time. Not acceptable to me in this DNA age.

Spamy emails. I haven't requested to receive any emails, updates or reminders to my inbox. And I'm pretty sure I have already unsubscribed once but still got email from this website. On top of that after clicking on the unsubscribed button I was informed that I might still receive emails from them until my request will be processed (which in my opinion is bad marketing practices as technology allows to process such requests instantly)
