No updates on order and no communication
I Ordered 4 Gnoce charms and bracelet (one week ago - three weeks before the anniversary) and no updates, no communication at all. Contacted customer service - no response - not even acknowledge of receiving my message. Anniversary ruined. Lesson learned better stick to Pandora instead of experimenting with shops like Gnoce

We sincerely apologize that your order did not arrive as expected. Most of our products are shipped on the same day the order is placed. However, some personalized products may take 3-5 business days to produce.
