Two customer service agent giving contradicting information
Was expecting a heavy delivery to a building site scheduled for the specific day. To make sure that my builders will not waste the day I've contacted the chat support around the mid day to double check if the delivery will take place as the tracking system was indicating it is not yet collected from the local depot. Agent has confirmed it will be delivered . Half of an hour before the end time for the deliver when asked different agent on the chat was told that it won't be delivered today as there was delay in the transit and it will not be delivered today. Delays happen and that is to be expected but the miscommunication and misinformation from the same department is very poor experience. Whatever the cause was it was at my expense of £150. Easily avoidable and disappointing.
