Scam

My package was lost, customer service said that they have " rescheduled" the delivery but thats not true as there is no confirmation. They have stopped responding and have scammed me as i havent recieved no refund after asking for one. Trust me its a scam dont buy.

1MORE: Great Quality and Service

I highly recommend 1MORE. I have purchased one set of wired earbuds and two sets of wireless earbuds from them and they have worked quite well and the customer service has been excellent. One of my wireless earbud cases stopped working and their customer service was excellent with getting them replaced under their warranty. I can definitely highly recommend them for good quality and well priced products with outstanding customer care.

Great Earphones and Customer Service

I have been using their triple driver earphones for about three years now, and I love them. The customer service from 1MORE is also WONDERFUL - they went above and beyond for me when I encountered a delivery issue. I hope to use their earphones for many more years to come!

Great product support

Really good customer service for a warranty issue, the headphones i bought had an issue after 6 months so hopefully the replacement set lasts longer, but fast and helpful customer service.

Good product, great service!

I recommend 1MORE as a source for audio equipment. These earbuds deliver superior sound. Unfortunately, the pistons do not fit my ears, and so I have requested to return them. The Customer Service department has been very helpful and understanding.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience when purchasing the 1More Sonoflow Pro. I placed my order, expecting it to be shipped within 1-2 days, but I never received any updates or explanations regarding the delivery. The sales support was unresponsive to my emails, and in the end, they canceled my order without offering any apologies. I am still waiting for my refund, and I've lost two weeks in the process. I cannot recommend this company.

I specifically ordered the 1More…

I specifically ordered the 1More Sonoflow headphones on Monday the 3rd of June with express shipping for what claimed to be 1 business day delivery. This costed me and extra €9 which I willingly paid for as I needed to have the headphones before Saturday for my travels, however, this was NOT the case as it has yet to be delivered today, Sunday the 9th of June. Absolute waste of my money and the sole purpose of purchasing these headphones. Disgraceful.

No delivery, and no refund! SCAM

Ordered 1more tripple driver in-ear. Have not recieved them yet. They also havent refunded me the money. This seem to be a scam company. I've been trying for over 1 month to firstly get the headphones, secondly get my money back. They stopped answering on email.

Worst experience ever

I was given as a gift a pair of 1more triple driver headphones. They were great until they broke I contacted 1more customer service what a nightmare. As I did not have a receipt they refused to help and a customer service rep phoned me to advise me to buy a pair off amazon then return the broken pair to amazon I refused as this is fraud. I will never deal with this company again really poor they do not Carrie any spares if your cable brakes you have to buy a 3rd party replacement as they will not help you (I also have the email from the customer service rep with the advice to defraud amazon by returning a product that was not purchased their) I am sending the evidence to amazon and hope they deal with this dishonest advice given out by 1more
