Can't praise this practice highly…

Can't praise this practice highly enough. Bella was treated by Michael recently for a potentially worrying condition. Medina battles away with Matt with her allergies & Tigger had his plumbing sorted out prior to that. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is explained & costs explained, options offered when available. Wonderful team, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Inhumane way to treat a vulnerable high risk disabled person

Disgraceful delivery service. Vulnerable high risk & self isolating I asked for crates to be left in my porch so I could sanitise my delivery. Driver refused, was rude phoned his manager who told him not to help. The week before we had no problems & returned 11 sanitised crates. The driver took my shopping back leaving me with 4 slices of bread a block of cheese & half a pint of milk in my fridge.
I am crying.
Absolutely inhumane way to treat a person.
What a disgusting way to treat a vulnerable shopper.
You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Will never ever shop with you again.

Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience. Loads of bugs & glitches mixing my ebay id's together, pictures not showing, descriptions in templates missing or on the wrong item. Spent two working days fixing the listing errors. Would not recommend inkfrog unless you don't mind losing sales, having awful looking nonsensical inaccurate listings & have plenty of money to throw at fixing the problems. Three weeks with them has cost me hundreds of pounds in losses. No concern from inkfrog regarding the damage they have caused to my business. I guess they move on to the next mug. Just awful.

A rapidly rising platform that satisfies. Nothing but praise for this company, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I have found the platform easy to navigate & the sellers very professional & friendly. Very satisfied with my purchases & etsy shops customer service, particularly where custom orders are concerned, businesses have exceeded my expectations every time.

Plenty Of Platitudes No Resolution

After many years enjoying seamless service from Amazon & its third party sellers I have experienced several unfavourable experiences with this company over the last few months.
Item sent in a different language.
Pre-orders arriving late while the titles are already on the high street shelves.
Third party sellers advertising goods as shipped from the UK when tracking indicates they are shipped from Europe.
My Amazon order page telling me "attempted delivery" when tracking indicates that the goods have only just reached the UK ( I had to phone the courier who told me the goods had been posted from Germany & sent me to a European courier where my tracking worked I was charged 7p a minute for this. No help from the seller at all. I thought it was being shipped from the UK & Amazon "assured" me it was too but it wasn't it had been dispatched from Germany. Had I known this I wouldn't have bought.
A codeless credit to the tune of £8 which vanished into the ether & was not able to be used.
Customer service are always very kind but sound very scripted & don't resolve or make empty promises.
Not sure why I am seeing such sloppy service & a lack of transparency recently but I won't be hanging around for more. Get it together please Amazon we have choice & people will vote with their feet.
So very disappointing.
