Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We have had a look into your order which was placed at 20:08 on 14/06 and collected from our yard the following day. The delivery company called on 15/06 to arrange a delivery date which was booked in for 21/06. Unfortunately, it looks like they did not manage to get your delivery out on that date and delivered the following afternoon.
We apologise for the delay but sadly as we note at the top of our website 'Pallet Networks are facing a huge rise in the level of pallets going through the networks causing delays, please allow an extra 1-2 working days even on next day deliveries'.
