Excellent price (compared to everywhere…

Excellent price (compared to everywhere else) and easy to register and use. I sent a message and it was replied to really quickly which was excellent. Very impressed and will happily use again.

I did wait a couple of weeks for my order but as I ordered in plenty of time that’s not an issue, do think people who complain about late delivery are often angry with themselves for leaving things so late and take it out on the delivery company sadly.

Great staff, good service

I spoke to a couple of people on the phone and although it was a wee wait to get through they were both lovely when I spoke to them. And the driver was just lovely as I was a bit stressed about the delivery due to the issues with fuel supplies. Very impressed and will happily use again.

I can’t thank Dan & Jonathan enough. They have been excellent throughout the pandemic and have made things as easy and stress free as possible with rescheduling our trips. I really can’t imagine going anywhere else for booking our overseas golf trips.

Absolutely Excellent

Ordered two tyres yesterday online and they were fitted and balanced this morning at a better price than other tyre places were quoting (for me to travel too).

It was so convenient as I could schedule the tyres while I was at home and didn’t have to travel anywhere. The fitter was polite and he called when he was about 10 minutes way so I was expecting him. I will be recommending this to everyone and I can’t see me going back to using a tyre store again as this was so much easier, cheaper and convenient,

Truly excellent service

This is the second time I’ve used WPS and I won’t be looking anywhere else in the future as everything about WPS is perfect. The phone lines have very limited opening hours but they are exceptionally quick to answer emails.

Nothing is too much bother, their instructions are clear and the service I had from Teresa was exceptional, she is a true credit to an already great company. Thanks so much.

Beautifully made chair

Beautifully made chair, this was a Christmas present and my husband is definitely in the good books for picking this. It’s so perfect I’ve now ordered a footstool to match.

The delivery isn’t fast but this is because the items are handmade to order but they are worth waiting for.

Excellent furniture, even better customer service

I bought a leather suite plus an oak dining set over 6 years ago. There were some small issues at the time with delivery timescales that were excellently dealt with by the customer service team.

I’ve now been using the furniture constantly for over 6 years and it is still perfect.

I recently bought a suite from another large furniture store (sofology) for a second lounge and it looks terrible after just a few months and the customer service has been dire which made me realise what excellent service Harvey’s provided at the time. When I next need furniture I won’t go past Harvey’s.

Truly dreadful company from a quality…

Truly dreadful company from a quality perspective & a customer service perspective.

I purchased 2 Milton sofas last year (4 seater and 2 seater) and they were delivered at the end of February 2020, just before lockdown so there has been nobody using either of the sofas apart from my (standard size) husband and I. The cushions are plumped and turned weekly, so I contacted them in November (less than 9 months after I received them) to say the sofas looked dreadful as he cushions were all flat and just looked terrible - definitely not over £1500 worth. After looking at the pictures they thought the sofas were damaged they looked so bad (it has since been confirmed they are not damaged) and they agreed to send out a technician who said these sofas needed constant plumping which I should have been told about in store. He agreed that from looking at our house he could see we looked after our things. I definitely wasn’t told about the constant rotating and plumping (they upsold me sofa glides which I had to return on the direction of the delivery men as they can’t be used on wooden floors, which I definitely told the sales person about, so obviously she had no interest in what I needed, she just wanted a sale at any cost). I then found out that, to escalate this to the FHIO it has to be reported within 6 months! I was sold a sofa with a 20 year warranty but as I waited 8 1/2 months, this wasn’t covered. And as it is manufactured to look this dreadful, they are not at fault.

I then received an offer from their media complaints department offering to refill the cushions although with the same materials, as there WAS a manufacturing defect. This offer was made at the end of January (still less than a year after I received the sofas), and on 10th February I agreed to this as there seemed to be no other option. My initial complaint was closed after the offer was made, and I wrote and said I wasn’t happy with that as they had agreed there was a defect and had offered to refill the cushions and now nobody was answering me, and the auto reply to that email told me I would hear back from them, usually with 24 hours. After 10 days I emailed their CEO. She didn’t bother replying to my email after I let her know nobody would reply to my other emails, but she did get someone to finally contact me to say they’ll order new interiors for the cushions. So just another 10 weeks to wait for this, although they’re apparently the same as the current rubbish ones so not sure what’ll be achieved by this. And the marketing department asking me to contact them so they can not resolve this just adds insult to injury frankly.

I cannot state enough how much you should stay away from this company, they are the most awful company i have ever used. There does seem to be lots of recent negative reviews showing just how many people are having dreadful issues with this company.

Really disappointed and a complete waste of time.

Took quite some time to respond, but within an hour of them allocating someone to look at my case they rejected it. This was despite picture evidence of the issue with a 10 month old sofa from sofology, screenshots of the website advertising how supportive comfortable and resilient the sofa is, emails etc, they advised that unless I want to find and pay an independent inspector (which may not be recoverable, so good money after bad) . As there is not a manufacturing fault attributable to sofology, it’s just a badly made sofa made according to their low standards, I apparently have no recourse.

Excellent staff, flights and processes

I’ve flown with Jet2.com a number of times and they have always been just what was needed, but over the past year is when I have seen them come into their own. We have had a number of flights cancelled due to the pandemic, and we also had a flight that wasn’t cancelled but as the destination was removed from the air bridge at the last minute we couldn’t go.

For the cancelled flights, on one occasion we reschedule which was really simple to do with the helpful lady in the phone. The other flight was cancelled, and within an hour I had emails detailing how much was being refunded for each of the 8 travellers. The money was then back in my account in less than a week.

For the flight that did go ahead which we couldn’t take, the people I spoke with were so helpful and exceptionally friendly, and these flights have now been rescheduled. Considering how many calls they must be dealing with, and I’m sure many of these calls won’t be pleasant, I am so impressed with everyone I speak too. It will definitely make me look at Jet2 in the first instance going forward. Especially when I am struggling to get a refund from easyJet who also cancelled a flight, then asked me to complete a claim form and now I have to wait 4 weeks for them to consider my claim and then “if” they agree to my refund it’ll be another 2 weeks before I get it. It makes you realise how quickly and efficiently Jet2 put processes in place to deal with this completely unexpected global pandemic. .

Smelly after washing

I bought this to try after using soap nuts for years as I thought this looked less fiddly, what a huge mistake. With soap nuts my clothes were always well cleaned and it worked equally well on my (builder) husbands work clothes. With the laundry egg clothes frankly smell. They have a sour, almost body odour smell after washing, wash clothes are having to be thrown out. Really this was a complete waste of money. And sadly as I decided to try it for a few months to give it a chance I’ve missed the returns window. Really, it’s a complete waste if money. If you want to help the planet and have clean fresh smelling clothes, soap nuts are the way to go.

They send the wrong item and then won’t send the right one …

Have used a few times in the past and always been really pleased. But after this time I’m done sadly. I got my delivery yesterday and was really pleased with everything apart from one item, they’d sent the wrong item. They’ve agreed I can return the wrong top but their policy is they won’t send me the correct item. Even though it’s their fault, they just keep sending me the same stock answer about a change to their policy. It’s a real shame as I’ve been so pleased before but this is just a bit ridiculous when it was their mistake.

Dreadful, avoid. This was an expensive mistake.

Dreadful, sold me an awful sofa that does not meet my needs. Never again!

The cushions are saggy after a few months light use and their technician said there’s no defect, the cushions basically need plumped constantly. The person I spoke with was very friendly but not remotely interested in helping and just sent me the details for the furniture ombudsman so it’s now in their hands.

The response to this review asking me to contact them seems like they are trying to look like they care but as I’ve already raised a complaint which was ignored and I’ve now had to contact the ombudsman I’m not sure how they are planning on helping.

The hype is all true

The hype is all true. Amazingly comfortable knickers that you’ll forget you’re wearing,

I did have some issues with the lace on the first pack I got but the customer service when I contacted them was just fabulous and they resolved the issue really quickly. Won’t be going anywhere else for my knickers in the future.

As always, excellent service.

I truly can’t say enough good things about The Golf Travel people. We’ve used them for years and have always been really pleased with the service. But it’s easy to provide good service during good times, really how they have handled the ever changing situation now with the pandemic is what sets them apart from the rest. They have dealt with 2 trips of ours that have had to be changed in the past 6 months and have made it so easy & stress free.
