Always helpful. All the guys we dealt with (mortgage broker, life insurance, buildings and contents insurance) very professional, and knowledgeable, and super nice. Thoroughly recommend using them. Especially Marek! He’s been with us through couple house purchases, and always gets us the best deal.

Survey they did was thorough and we got the call and report within a few days. Happy with the field team. One negative was the treatment I received from the person on the phone when i called to enquire about the email i sent to get the quote and date booked. The woman was relly patronising. Call was to check how to let them know any additional requirements we may have, her answer was: “its all in the email we sent, check it there”, now I am ok with technology and did not miss this bot in the email bit wanted to confirm that the aspect we specifically wanted to look at was something they could survey, and was met with being ridiculed on her part. I appreciate we live in a digital world, but if it were someone older who did not have the patience or just wanted to verbally confirm, they would not get a service that they deserve from that person. For that reason 3stars (would still recommend the actual survey team)

My dog’s gut is loving it. We’ve been on Pure for about a year now.
We had some issues with Max vomiting, since Pure he has gained weight, the episodes are much less, his coat is lovely and soft. He is finally getting the nutrients he needs! The only negative for me was the smell of the powder, initially was really hard for me to get used to it, but as we saw good results for Max’s health i persevered though my nose :) it also took a while to find the flavour he liked so fairly expensive trial and error, but its worth it, Max looks happy and healthier than before.

Honest and quick, not pushy, listened to our preferences, would recommend.

Dont use them, sold me a faulty car that broke after coue weeks of use. Repair is still ongoing (46days later I have no updates), buch of cowboys.

Car was equivalent to what was ordered, very good value for money, the only downside was a LOOOOONG wait at the desk on collection. There were only 2people serving! And one of them was doing drop off and pick ups from the airport, and the other was also cleaning the cars.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient, the car we received was better to what we thought we’d get.

Great job, collected and dropped off my car so didn’t have to leave the house. The guys have been in contact throughout the day to confirm what jobs needed doing.
One grumble is that they left my locking nuts for the alloys on the seat when the car was returned. If I didn’t go to check immediately this could have invited a thief. Room for improvement I guess. Other than that would recommend the serVice.

Received very good customer service. Staff were professional, explained all the costs and advised on sizes. The only criticisim is the waiting time.
