Casetify used to be my "go to" case everytime I upgraded my iPhone. It was also the "go to" case that I recommended to all my family and friends, as the case to have for the best protection, and best customisation to personalise it. In fact My Wife, Sister, and Dad all have casetify cases.

I bought a custom casetify case for my Iphone, and around 8 months later, literally the text had completely come off the back. I work from home and have done so for the past few years, so the phone is usually sitting on a desk. Thankfully casetify replaced the case under its "One off replacement". I received a new case, nice and new, exactly as my old one. Less than 6 months later, the side of the case is detatching away from the phone barely holding the back of the phone, and the case together. Happening on both sides of the phone and again same use of keeping it on the desk at home. Reached out to casetify again, and told no cannot replace as I have already used the "One time replacement" This as far as I am concerned is a manufacturing defect, how can a premium case fall apart like this, in a normal at home environment.. Little bit dissapointed with the experience received, especially for such a long term customer.
