Took about ten calls to find out that …

Took about ten calls to find out that the courier was not coming to pickup a parcel. Waited around for two days and finally came on the Monday after my next lot of calls from 9am. Painful to say the least.

Hi Chris, I have checked your tracking which shows that your booking was made on Wednesday 30 August and the parcel was collected on Friday 1 September. I will refer this information to our NSW Fleet team to establish why the goods were collected a day late. Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention.
