Ex Big Tomtom Fan

Ive been user of Tomtom products since they first started and been a big fan....unfortunately no more. I've now a 6100 which regular takes me up alley ways so tight i scratch my wing mirror even when folded in and off motorways only to go straight round the roundabout and back on (time saving 3 seconds). I've now started to use Waze .... free and superb...sorry Tomtom, you are outdated and your routes are really crap. You need to sort yourselves out soon or go the way of Blockbuster

Rip off exchange rates

My daughter just went to Iceland and I gave her £108 (15,000 Kronar) exchanged at the post office. She spent 1,000 Krona. So I just exchanged the 14,000 Kronar and they gave me £72 back. Post Office just ripped me off by £36. Never ever use them again. Disgusting!!!!

Finally paid up for lost item.. could be quicker and inefficient

Lost my parcel but after much uploading of documents and a bad trust pilot review finally paid up the cost of the item plus the courier cost. Not great customer service but finally they came good so well done for sorting it out. Gone up from 1 star to 4 star

3 parcels “lost” in a row

3 parcels “lost” in a row! DO NOT USE THEM! A Nikon camera, a Sony lens and a motorcycle screen. I did take the insurance out and was paid back but still not good enough as my eBays buyers were left without the items they purchased and also my reputation suffered.

Terrible customer service experience... AVOID!!!!

Called them twice with a claim as they are the under writer for Bradford and Bingley Home Insurance. Both times I was waiting for for over 30 minutes for a reply. Once answered the claims advisor was quite not helpful and was suing terms like "if your claim is successful". I explained that I was the customer with a valid claim and that as the customer who had spent a lot of money with her company! I have to say their manner they treat customers is terrible. The customer service with Legal and General was shocking! I have now cancelled the policy and gone with a more expensive company as I have zero confidence in them! AVOID!!!!
Luckily with sites such as Trustpilot the customer can now warn others so gone are the days when companies can get away with this!
