have received tracking number that is apparently invalid , tried calling take forever and my breaks are over so i have to disconnect. If the line is so busy shows they clearly cant handle the call volume because they are not getting it right, What a crap service would never use them.
Really bad service
Really bad service - like many others who have reviewed Pass the parcel claim I have a rural address despite no other courier company inc NZ post noting it as rural and I live in a very built up area. I rang three times was disconnected twice and promised a call back the final time after escalating to a manager and never heard back. I gave up and got the parcel sent up the road to my parents who apparently aren't rural even though we have the same post code. I will check trademe in future before bidding to make sure pass the parcel isn't used. They need to sort out their customer service and rural vs urbal delivery before I would ever use them.
Poor Customer Services & erroneous Urban/Rural grading
I recently bought goods on Trade Me and in arranging shipping with supplier was told that my urban address where I have lived for over 60yrs (suburban Dunedin) is regarded as rural by Pass the Parcel. I rang, waited for ages before getting someone, got cut off, rang back, another long wait to be told by the Auckland office they'd refer it back to Dunedin (where I live) for my address to be reviewed and receive a response.... I'm still awaiting such. No other Courier treats my address as rural and in my mind it's just a tacky method of upping charges & confusing true cost & competitive pricing. Aside from that their Customer Services Dept is obviously lacking and is deserving of poor review. My concern is that by their error it may exclude me from certain suppliers as they won't supply to rural addresses. I have been charitable in giving them 1 star as unfortunately I cannot give them less!

Horrible customer service as no one knows whats happening. Parcel from Akl to Wlg taken more than 2 weeks- 2 public holidays included. Rang, emailed but all in vain. No one has timeline or even not sure about the whereabout of the parcel. Asked to wait couple of days more after 15 days of waiting. Actually can’t believe!

Fantastic service from PTP couriers
I have sent many parcels through this company. They have the best service, overnight from Rotorua to Auckland, during lockdown level 3,and I have never had a parcel lost. You just specify track and trace and leave instructions online and on the parcel...it is totally amazing, I love this company and no I do not have shares. I highly recommend and don't bother to use anyone else. Thanks PTP I appreciate your service.
Unprofessional company!!!
The delivery driver called my home phone once. I called him back and he said he couldn't hear me but there was a lot of background noise. I then called him again and he said he would be 2 minutes. 10 minutes later I called him again. He kept saying he couldn't hear me but kept laughing. I asked him where he was and he said he was going to the pub instead, even though you could tell he was already down there. He had only called me once just to show on his work phone that he had attempted to contact me. How many more people has he done this to whilst sitting down the pub. Poor company. Do not use this circus of a company.

Terrible! Organised to have a parcel picked up a week ago and still waiting to have it picked up! It was something I sold on TradeMe and always send things straight away. It makes me look bad! I was assured on Wednesday (Now Friday) that it would be picked up that day and it's still sitting there.... On hold again to them.... 15 minutes wait time! Not good enough!
Very poor delivery and communication
Very poor delivery and communication. I ordered a item from Germany which arrived within the UK in 3 days and to my surprise was being planned for delivery on the 4th or 5th day. I rearranged delivery to a local Parcel Shop (beware!). First of all the tracking updates were so vague and incomprehensible ranging from, delivery postcode is invalid when I chose the shop from a DHL online list. In the end they resolved to report that they've had a delay, whereas the customer representative said that hey misplaced it on the wrong truck! It took them the next three days to deliver it to the parcel shop and guess what no pickup code. No one knows how to get one, the website reports an Error when I enter my email credentials. A pickup code should automatically be generated post delivery and I have had to request it three times now and it takes 48-72 hours for them to generate it! What a lot of amateurs. This is pathetic. The local shop vendor showed me my package sitting behind the till, my name, my address but he can't give it to me! Absolutely appalling service and communication - very poor!

Instead of receiving my delivery a few days after I ordered it (as happened all other times ordering this item), I ended up waiting nearly a week until I decided to just pick it up myself. The business I ordered from was very helpful and worked hard to sort the issue on their line when I inquired about the constant 'pending' status of my order. After calling up and being told I would receive the delivery that day (about 5 days after expected delivery time), I still didn't get it. According to the office I would receive it the next day, but instead I just decided to pick up because my trust had dwindled exceptionally. This was a local order and I have heard of this happening to other customers recently. They gave me no reason as to why the stuff up occurred. Plus when I picked up the parcel, it was damaged.

Our Tutti Bambini nursery furniture was delivered by Pass my Parcel today. We ordered this through Mothercare and was informed when we ordered it that it would be delivered to the room or our choice.
After not even being told a day or time slot of the delivery (luckily one of us was in) it was delivered by one man, who literally left 5 large boxes, all wrapped and strapped together, on our driveway! My husband said to him that it was meant to be taken into our home and to whichever room we wished, but the driver just said no, it would have to be left on our driveway. He was extremely rude and drove off leaving my husband to have to use a knife to cut the straps and carry all the boxes inside on his own. A very large pallet was also left on our driveway.
I called Tutti Bambini, who said that the furniture had been put into the wrong van, and should have been delivered by two people. Apparently the lone driver wasn’t insured to enter our home, so why did he even attempt to deliver it if he knew it shouldn’t be in his van?? There was no apology or anything from the member of staff I spoke to. I also queried the pallet, and was advised someone would come back and collect it today.
At 4:30pm, no one had come to collect it. I called Tutti Bambini back and spoke with the same lady, who put me on hold to check what was going on. She came back to me and said that she was told the wrong information and that they wouldn’t in fact be able to collect the pallet, as this isn’t what ‘they do.’ I then asked if I was expected to get rid of this on my own, to which she replied, yes.
I called Mothercare to inform them of the customer service I received from both Tutti Bambini and Pass my Parcel, to which they refunded me the delivery cost.
If I had been on my own at home, I literally wouldn’t have been able to carry the furniture in as I am heavily pregnant. It was also raining and the furniture could well have been damaged had it been out there for too long.
I am disgusted by the service of the delivery driver, and would advise anyone NOT to use this company.

I Went to pick up my parcel from Nisa store. He asked for my identification and I gave him a letter and my passport. He then walked off with both. I asked him for them back he started acusing me off saying he was going to do something with my information. I said I just wanted it back I had to ask a few times he eventually gave it back. When he found my heavy parcel he left it on the floor and expected me to pick it up. He was so rude and made me feel like crap. 26/9/18 10:50am

3 parcels “lost” in a row
3 parcels “lost” in a row! DO NOT USE THEM! A Nikon camera, a Sony lens and a motorcycle screen. I did take the insurance out and was paid back but still not good enough as my eBays buyers were left without the items they purchased and also my reputation suffered.

Shocking, a return for an amazon order, Amazon received rocks in the package, not the original item sent, clearly stolen in the Pass My Parcel network. A bunch of crooks and tin pot pot outfit, clearly by all the negative reviews, most of them, they have serious issues at every level and so pleased they are closing. A disgrace on Amazon for choosing such a poor courier for returns and dropped Hermes though co-op stores which worked Well, Amazon tried to be cheap, make more money and it has back fired, serves amazon right for their sheer greed.
Worst Service Ever!
Posted my parcel to return to Amazon by tracked postage. Delivered it to the shop on Thurs 9th Aug and today, Sat 18th Aug I still have no idea where it is. All I know is that it hasn't got back to Amazon - could have posted it with Royal Mail Special Delivery for the same price with overnight guaranteed delivery! Really Poor Service
