Finally paid up for lost item.. could be quicker and inefficient

Lost my parcel but after much uploading of documents and a bad trust pilot review finally paid up the cost of the item plus the courier cost. Not great customer service but finally they came good so well done for sorting it out. Gone up from 1 star to 4 star
