I ordered a superdry waxman jacket for £55 plus £18 postage to U.K. I was sent a cheap superdry sport jacket. I sent the several emails and had no answer. Now the website doesn't exist anymore. It was a fraud. I lost lots of money.
Sent the wrong shorts and wrong colour. Not replying to emails
Guess what, I ordered superdry items from the UK and arrived fake clothes from China…. they apologisied for confusing my order,suggested to make new order since there were no on stock what I wanted and pay extra to receive sg else!!!no refund ,just endless mailing… never buy from this is site!
1) Didn't receive what I ordered - picture and reality
2) I was charged 20.75€ without reason - still wait for explanation
3) The worst quality ever - order in UK and receive from China
4) Still waiting for an answer about ...

After ordering / purchasing a Superdry Coat online with this company 'walkingforweightloss' it did eventually turned up three weeks later but guess what. It wasn't the coat we ordered. After many emails we eventually received a reply apologising for the error, but that was it...
As a consequence we chased and chased the company and eventually was asked to pick another item as it was no longer available or we could have a refund. So we requested a full refund £80.00 but since then, not heard anything from this company, despite many more emails. It's as though they have vanished.
My advice is to Be very careful in purchasing items from this company.
