After approx 5/6 years away I have now returned to British Gas via the Money Savings Expert Switch Offer. The tariff on offer was extremely competitive which led to the switch decision. In terms of the switch process itself, so far so good ; it's been very smooth and are just awaiting the final bill from Octopus for which British Gas need to supply the necessary meter readings data !

My wife & I visited the DFS store in Waterlooville yesterday to place an order for some bedroom furniture. The sales rep we spoke to was pleasant to deal with, and extremely helpful in answering our questions. We have dealt with the Waterlooville store before, and this was overall another very positive experience !

Whilst accepting the need for tight controls re proof of identity/address etc it became a somewhat painful & time-consuming online process to complete. What should've taken no more than 5 minutes became a real chore, taking me over 45 minutes to eventually complete. As a first experience with the company it left one feeling a bit frustrated but hopefully things will improve, over time, with other aspects of their service !

Excellent customer service, provided by Harvey, from the store in Portsmouth; he was friendly, not pushy, in helping me with the decision on my laptop purchase. Whilst not able to offer any discount on the Apple product, he did as a token gesture offer a reduction on a laptop cover which was very much appreciated.

My initial view of the company was not good as their communication on the status of my order was pretty poor to start with ; with no contact phone number & having just to rely on email, with lengthy delays in responding, was rather frustrating. However when following up for the 2nd time, I dealt with an extremely helpful customer service rep, called Emma, who kept me informed of the order status & ultimately resolved the issue with the outstanding delivery which restored a bit of faith in the company !

This the third time I've gone with Coverwise ; a good product, competitively priced with excellent insurance coverage. In addition the online application process to obtain the policy was relatively quick and straight-forward.

Overall very positive and the customer service rep, Page Monks, was extremely helpful in getting the issue finally resolved. It would have been a 5 star rating. However I had to ask to get the damaged ceramic sink collected, as opposed to originally being told to dispose of myself by another customer service rep !

Overall extremely satisfied with the service provided - competitively priced and very reliable with no issues on both airport transfers to & from the hotel.

The premium could have been better priced - it's a shame a discount is not offered for having your car insurance with them as well ! However the online renewal process was extremely straight forward.
