I am so pleased to have come across World of Books. Initially, I was looking to save a little money on books and DVDs by purchasing second hand. I was delighted to discover that they have a sincerely held recycling ethos. Indeed their entire business is based on that belief. All the purchases I have received to date have been in very good condition and come with free postage. Items are received within one week of ordering. There is even a way of recycling the packaging. One of my favourite companies of the moment.

This is the most honest provider of any service I receive/endure at the time of writing. I appreciate the familiar tone of the communication and not being tied to a contract especially as there is intermittent signal at my home address. The value for money aspect of this provider is greatly appreciated. The app is handy and the website is useful for advice and incentives as well as for purchasing devices Has a community feel at a time when such vital networks seem to be unfashionable.

Very pleased with the process of printing my first self published book. Though it took me a while to master Bookwright the result was well worth the learning curve. A relaxed process with an efficient upload and rapid printing turn round. Makes me wonder why I delayed to take this step.

I am very satisfied with the way that Home AV Direct dealt with my purchase of a Denon soundbase. Firstly, the price was right. Secondly, the product was dispatched on the day of my order and received the next. Regrettably, there was no power cable in the box and the retailer sent one as soon as I notified them of this omission. The staff were very supportive when I found that I was unable to get sound from the product. I made several phone calls to them and got advice each time. In the end, I sorted myself out when it became apparent that the supplied Toslink cable was both ill-fitting and not fit for purpose.
